I have requested documents for course-by-course review. Until now, 3 months already, still not 100% completed with documents for review. The performance of this agency is very poor, Irregardless of the pandemic state. Poor customer service and should not be contracted by a government agency.
My school (US) has sent a link to download the transcript of records since February, the ICD did not download, and the link expired. I have to email the school and ICD back and forth; it is ICD's responsibility to inform the school if the link expired due to their negligence and not my school. This is causing a delay and it jeopardized my job application. This agency has no follow up on the status except to call and check the portal. Total dissatisfaction of the process.
I called so many times , after being on hold for at least 20-minutes, every time somebody else was on the phone and everybody had different information The person that actually worked with my papers, talked to me once or twiceThe other times he was busyHe seemed to have forgotten whatever we talked about the moment we hung up and claimed that he never got my mails I ended up sending everything per certified mail and recording our conversations on the phone This is a bad company, don´t go there !
