Worst company
This is a scam,worst customer service especially person named Anthony,4 months,still waiting for my evaluation results,can't believe this company is in United states,

Very very slow
I am currently in the process of emigrating and will land with a work permit in November 2021. I have contacted ICD on several occasions, either by phone or email without response most of the time. When I do get a response, it is a vague and laboured response informing me that I will possibly hear something within 30 days, but that there have been holidays, and the mail room has my documentation etc etc. Apparently it takes 14 days to process received email...I thought we lived in the digital age? I have submitted all of the requested information several weeks ago, passed the security credentials check, you have all of the necessary documentation to review and progress my application. Why the delay?

A scam?
Well, they are a scam. If you graduated from a Nursing School, any Nursing School, in India. They will say you have the equivalent of a BSN. That's even if the School loses its accreditation in India. Or, on a watch list of "do not accept" by the European Union. And if you graduated from a European, or worse Eastern European Nursing school, they might say you have the equivalent of a high school diploma. And regrettably, they are the only one's accepted by the Veterans Health Administration. Their customer service is horrible. The timeliness is worse. And their ability to evaluate all education is questionable. Why the Veterans Health Administration uses them is beyond comprehension.

This agency should be brought to criminal investigation and charges.
Absolutely incompetent.
They are unable to understand that universities document differently as far as documents go.
It has been over one year for my credentialing.
I wish I could find a lawyer willing to sue them.
Why have they not been shut down ?
I have seen so many complains and yet they are allowed to be in business ! Appaling!
Clinton is Terrible !
Cant even speak English !
I wonder about the writing skills! Comprehension may be totally another issue.
He does not know how to call back at all!

Total scam. They don't even know the équivalent of GCE ADVANCED LEVEL. I forward it to them for evaluation and I was told it is something élèves. Very disgraceful

I would say ICD is a fraudulent organization which extracts money from foreign students in the name of credential evaluation. I would strongly recommend do not choose this firm for credential evaluation. Once if you pay the money you are in a trap because you are not going to get it back and your money is gone. Do not ignore my review if you care for your money.

This is one of the most incompetent service organization I have worked with. The attitude of employees is horrible. Particularly, Advertus Clinton is an incompetent and irresponsible individual. He never carries his work through, never replies to emails. In my opinion, he should be fired if ICD cares for customers.

Scam, or incompetent? No results after 7 months, unemployable for 5 months in my new home state.
Communication, when it does happen , feels like you are talking to a machine with limited programming.
Do Not waste your time and money, go to FCCPT instead.
Minus 5 stars is not an option, it pains me to click one star, implying a degree of satisfaction when I feel scammed.

Scammers! Be aware. These people do absolutely NOTHING! in your interest.
I`m looking forward to suing them!
We have a case open with them for close to year now, have send numerous documents to them and can NEVER talk to them. We never get a humane response and our emails are NEVER being answered to. What is this?!
Do yourself a favor, read the other reviews and NEVER apply through them!

I have send my documents to http://www.icdeval.com on 12 June 18 and estimated time was 4 to 6 weeks. Now 9 week completed but still I didn't get evaluation report I have make so may phone call and written emails but they are not responding. One of evaluator Mr. Clinton who is harrassing by not sending my report

ICD negative than zero /very,very poor customer service.
I had my credentialing done with them in order for me to reciprocate my license to another state.Whenever I called to follow up my application, within the 6 weeks waiting,the agents Lisa or Yanik would put me on hold for 10 minutes or longer.One time ,I was on hold from 3:10 pm until 330 pm,and they closed at 330,so meaning I was put on hold, waiting for no one!

When they finally mailed me the final review,it showed I got 2 deficiencies. SO I called and follow up with Mr Advertus CLINTON to clarify what subjects I need to take. I was reaching him out for 2 weeks,until the 2nd week,he finally called me back.He stated, he could not explain about the deficiencies,it has to be the therapist,Christine who can explain about the deficiencies.Told me to wait until the last week of August,and would get back to me.So this is another waiting period for me.It is mid September now ,inspite of me emailing, leaving a message to Mr Clinton,I still haven't gotten any response from him.This people only wants your money,and does not assist us, foreign grads after they get our payment.Again,today,I spoke to Yanik,asked for Mr Clinton,he said he wasn't in his desk,asked to be connected to Mr Clinton's vm,Yanik put me on hold for 12 minutes,then someone from CGFNS answered the phone, which I was supposed to be connected and on hold for Mr Clinton's extension number!
This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This company does not deserve to run a business,they only want to rip off customers.
I wasted my money trusting them to do my credentialing.

Worst credential evalutaion service provider. Their Website doesn't mention anything about the duration for a general evaluation, they have put that in FAQ. I submitted the request for my doctoral degree evaluation and paid for it without reading the FAQ. I immediately called them and asked for refund but they declined and said that they have no refund policy (its not mentioned on their website). Their evaluation process is slow, expensive. There are other companies which can provide better service in the same price. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Review: I have a pending application with VA hospital and

They are the only international evaluation business

That the whole VA system is recognizing ..

I believe their fees are very expensive and they are

Increasing it more by October ( see their web).

Now, I understood the contract/ policy differently

That I paid for international courrier $75.. I thought

This fee is for the processing of my transcript abroad

And courteously ask for a refund but they would not..

I feel this is taking advantage of foreign graduates

Having been the only business recognized by VA to evaluate my

Credentials. I paid $360 just for this .Desired Settlement: Refund the check of $75 and pls review the fees

They are asking from foreign professionals and have a

Clearer breakdown with explanation for each fees .

Review: On 2003 with support of the Michigan Government I requested the transcripts of my studies abroad to ICD file number [redacted]. I was requested by the [redacted] to submit the for** which I did, but then the [redacted] requested the documents be sent sealed from that agency. I have called the ICD and told them of the request and they want me to do the whole procedure again ( which at that time last like an entire year). I sent them a copy of the whole file with their signatures and all the paperwork and they told me that they had to do the whole process again. I sent a fax with the package of the whole document they gave me and had no response. I need the package to be sent sealed to the [redacted] to be able to get in to a program that I need in order to continue my work with victi**. I also sent the two master licenses that Michigan granted me after the review of my credentials abroad. I'm an american citizen and the schools abroad wont keep my documents for that long of a time. I dont understand why would they not honor something that I paid for. They generated the information and gave it to me they said they dont keep anything for more than 3 years. I want this agency to please honor their work and send the sealed file to the [redacted] as they did to the Board of Psychology in Michigan and the Board of Psychology in California. Why cant they do it, I don't have as much time as I did in Michigan, the clock is ticking and I will not be able to provide services to victi**.Desired Settlement: Send the package that they have in e-mail , fax and in their computer as it is required to the [redacted] in California.

First of all I sincerely thank you for helping me get

the refund that is due to me from this company.

I called their customer service regarding my documents

that was evaluated and gave me the name

Who evaluated my papers so my current VA employer

Can consider my education abroad.

My concerns were:

1) My name was spelled wrong : instead of "[redacted]"

It is " [redacted]" ( [redacted])

2) My master units education ( Psychology) which my school [redacted]

University in the Phils has send my transcripts to them

And ICD did not reflect or show these masteral units

And here is my email to [redacted] : dated Oct 17, 2013 and

Emailed him again (2nd time) and I felt I am being ignored with my

Rights to give right service and accurate evaluation of my educational

Documents and CORRECT name.

This is a response to a follow-up complaint from [redacted], complaint ID [redacted]. The customer has asked that we prepare a new report reflecting the correct spelling of her full name and re-submit the corrected report to her and her previously designated recipient. We will do as she has asked. The reason that the Master's units were not evaluated in the report is that the program was not completed. We can only evaluate and assess a completed program. We are sorry but this is the policy and we are obligated to follow the rules as set forth by NACES. In other words we are unable to do a comparative assessment when the full Masters curriculum has not been completed. Naturally there would be gaps and deficiencies which could reflect adversely.

We sincerely hope this is satisfactory.
