I have text messages to him. He never replied after July 20, 2015. I worked with his Business partner after that. He tried to fix his work, but it costs more money. They separated their business. Hawkins gave me a 5 year warranted on his work, never followed through. I have been trying to get this...

resolved, no response. I have tried to retain a lawyer, but the fees were too high and no guarantee he would pay. I also filed a report with attorney general's office.

To whom it may concern: Dear Sir/Madam,My name is [redacted] and my girlfriend is [redacted]. We are the owner of Nail Loft, a nail salon in St Louis. We have hired International Contractors, owners are [redacted] and [redacted] to build us a new salon. The contract was signed on June 2nd 2015, total cost of $25,000. Due to International Contractors lack of knowledge about St Louis County codes, it took them 2 months to obtain a building permit. [redacted] and [redacted] are the main contractors and they only come once a week to St Louis to do their job. After numerous amendment to the job cost, the total cost has risen to around $40,000. In total we have paid International Contractors, [redacted] and [redacted] around $35,000 and after several delay and prolong excuses and broken promises, the deadline for the project was Dec 2 1015. All we had now are dug-up concrete floor, unfinished plumbing, illegal electrical wiring, unfinished framing. As of today, Dec 22, 2015 I realized that International Contractor business license number: [redacted] has been registered with City of Columbia under different name: [redacted]. To my knowledge, [redacted] is a handyman that works for [redacted], this shady move seem to dodge the ongoing investigation of their wrongdoing since [redacted] is nowhere to be found under the business name International Contractor but he intentionally pretend to be the owner on paper.I have enclosed the contacts, signed contract, receipts, pictures as evidence of their gross negligence for your consideration. I am also filing a complaint with Revdex.com Columbia about International Contractors.

I have already attached all the documents in the Revdex.com.org website. Attached are the same documents I have uploaded for my case on Revdex.com.org for your consideration. [redacted] represented himself as a partner with [redacted]. [redacted] is the person who handle the money since [redacted] do not have bank account. All the contracts have Mr [redacted] signature. There is no executive authority as he claimed, all the signature repesent himself and Mr [redacted] as partner. Moreover, I have later found out that Mr [redacted] is also delinquent on state tax and federal tax lien and that explains why he does not handle the money when I paid the company, International Contractor. at the beginning, I paid International Contractor in check but they were unable to cash sine they do not have a bank account. What kind of a company that do not have their own bank account? Consequently, I gave them cash (how stupid I was). I regretfully realize that even if I follow litigation process, I would not be able to recover my loss. However, I would like to file complaint with Revdex.com so that there will not be another victim of this bad contractor.
After 9 months, more than $35,000, I have some pvc pipe laid in, dug up concrete, and incomplete framing, all of which violate St Louis County building codes. Attached are the pictures for your consideration.
Thank you for your follow-up.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
