I just read the review from Dilligent1 and I concur. Michael Rietbrock was incredibly rude and wanted $3,500 down payment but wouldn’t specify the scope of work, and was bizarrely shirty in discussions trying to clarify. It was a surreal experience and I agree that I do not think this is a real outfit, or if it is Michael Reitbrock is rude and unhelpful to the point that you can’t tell if it’s a real outfit or not.

I hired International Counterintelligence Services, Inc in December 2019 to conduct an investigation. Soon after I made the $2,500 payment the company became non-responsive. I sent several emails to ICS staff and finally got a response from Michael Rabern. Michael Rietbrock got upset that I included Michael Rabern in the communication and stopped responding to my emails on 1/10/2019 after making a rude statement. Pam Crawley contacted me a few days later and gathered additional information from me. She emailed me on 1/20/20 about her plan to conduct the investigation. On 1/28/20 she contacts me about difficulties in the investigation and asked me for photos. I sent her photos on 2/7/20. After several emails about the photos Pam emailed my on 2/28/20 to say they needed $4,000 more to do the investigation of the target. I asked several follows up questions and indicated I am not willing to pay more money. I received no response. I sent follow up emails in March and April. Pam’s email generated a message that stated it’s no longer valid. I placed 4 phone calls to the company in April leaving multiple recorded messages and messages with a live person. I also emailed the Michale Rabern and several other staff. I have not received any response from ICS since 2/28/20. I now believe this company is fraudulent and preys on those who truly need the services they purport to offer. I would like a full refund because they are incapable of delivering on what I paid for and I’m. It convinced they even tried. There was no report or product what so ever. There’s no evidence that work was ever done to investigate my case.
