Pursuing supposed debt for a credit card that my son has never owned and is supposed debt that is more than a decade oldMy son has lived with me in Alberta for more that yearsNothing has ever been received in the mail to this regard
When calling the phone number that was left on my business cell phone, "Steve" some times answers with "hello", sometimes breezes by the business name so quickly you can barely here itHe never quotes a file number nor specifics about the supposed debt

I got a call from a gentlemen name Steve, when he initially called he called the house phone in the evening , which I think is not an appropriate time to call a home, he left a message with the individual that was at the home but the individual couldn't even relay the message to me as she said the gentlemen did not even say hi and was hesitant to tell her who he is and where he was calling fromit was until after that she had asked him" will she know who you are " Then he said just tell her to call me " ***, he was speaking very fast and over her .Once the message was relayed to me I called him back in the morning *** He said you have a balance that has to be paid otherwise we will tarnish your wagesi asked him for proof of the balance of the credit card that was opened Under my namefirst I was very concern , I went to *** and they told me they could not give me any more information as this was back in And also told me they were not aware of ICE receiving my file -i had spoken to Steve beforehand and told him I would pay, but then when I called TransUnion and Equifax they said they have no records of this ever being in their office even back in and suggested me not to pay if I Don't have proof of this balance owingSteve had emailed me a settlement and acct# and told me that the payment had to be paid to a specific account he had mentioned, after that conversation I went to file a police report on this as I am not aware of this credit cardapparently it was opened and activated in but we are in why am I hearing about this now and the bank has never contacted me about thisi ask Steve for pprwrk and proof of this credit card that i'm apparently owing he said he doesn't have that informationThis is very unprofessional for a company not only you call someone at home outside of working/business hours you are demanding a lump sum with no proof The individual at the time is asking you who you are and your response is *** and you say" just tell her to call me "***Steve is talking close and breathing through the phone ,cutting you off when you are speaking cannot give you answers but he is quick to ask you for money and email you the banking informationIf this was from and *** says they cannot do anything due to the age of the file,TransUnion & Equifax said they don't have this on file or any records on their end then why are you guys calling me at anytime of the day *** ??!! please stop***

[redacted] Calling the wrong person leaving a message regarding [redacted] debt. They refuse to provide proof of debt. Amount owing keeps changing. Provide unreasonable timelines to repay. Left me with the feeling that they are not really representatives of the real company. Spoke with the rep as well as the "VP"of the organization. Both unbelievably unprofessional. Saying they are "just going to push the red button" if we didn't comply, yelling, calling my son a "debt skipper", hanging up on us, refusing to provide anything in writing.

Pursuing supposed debt for a credit card that my son has never owned and is supposed debt that is more than a decade old. My son has lived with me in Alberta for more that 7 years. Nothing has ever been received in the mail to this regard.
