The letter mentions that I provided my date of birth and email address as confirmation of agreeing to the terms - this is not trueI am not authorized at my organization to make these decisionsAlthough I can't say for certain why I provided these items, I know that I did not provide them to agree to the terms for a PAID publicationWhen they called in November, they asked if I wanted a free publication which I said was fine (since it was FREE!)I never agreed to a subscription, their tactics obviously catch people off guardAfter research, I learned that International Credit Recovery is not an actual credit company and they advised that if I didn't pay it would go against my company's credit score, at the least isn't this a fraudulent claim in order to get me to pay? I paid because of their scare tactic and I didn't want to get in trouble at workAfter getting off the phone with them, I reviewed my email and I never received an email confirmation from them back in November which triggered me to do research about them and Progressive Business Publication and from that research I called my bank to have my credit card closedUnfortunately, Wells Fargo let the charge go through but have since refuted the charge and sent Wells my Revdex.com compliant - they are currently reviewing my claim After the incident I looped my company in on what was going on, and they too are going to fight this chargePlease let me know if you have any additional questions

The only contact I had made with them was getting a call about collecting on the "debt"I have never received any communications from them about it until this point and timeEven Lindsey told me the only time they tried to contact me about canceling was after the initial day period, which I never received that eitherThis is clearly a fraudulent claim and an attempt to steal credit card information
