I am rejecting this response because:Sorry, I have read your message, seams to me that you are unable to help me, or not interested. I hoped you would pressure the business I,m trying to communicate with. I returned the front wheelof this product, and no indication that they have received it. I requested they inspect the wheel and do what ever they can to respect the one year warrantee. They will not answer my emails and so farit appears to me that you are not going to help me. Hello [redacted];We did call you a couple of times but no avail.If you have checked all the connections, then you can either take the trike to your local bike/scooter shop for repair, request a Service Authorization form from us, or send us the wheel for testing.Regards,customer care

Upon receiving them we noticed that the rear left fender on the blue trike [redacted] was broke. When we took the trike for a ride, the power was not working correctly. The front wheel hub motion plug would come off. We sent an e-mail since we did not have human contact info. We also sent pictures of us on the trikes and we were also told upon registering that we had a chance of receiving $500.00 or $50.00 but at the least could receive $25.00. We received nothing and also received no response on the pictures we sent. We were able to ride the trike and did so. We probably put on a minimum of 15 miles during our ownership. When we took the trikes out on June 26, 2015, we had a problem with the hub motion plug it kept coming off and finally stopped working all together because the plug broke and would spin around and had no power to move. We would like it repaired or a new front wheel with power unit.
