complaint #*** The complaint made by *** *** is not accurate because we are a Culinary Institute that as a service provides different courses such as International Cuisine Course, Baking and Pastry Course or Healthy Cuisine course, we do not sell specific classes with an Instructor because not all the instructors give all the classes due to their working hours available or their schedules with other classes at the same timeAnother thing is that the classes for Ms *** *** are ready and going whenever she decides to join the class, about the refund she asks for, we have a contract that she signed where she accepts that there will be no refund on the money, what we can do for her is to give her any other service she wants in the school with the same value, whenever she decides to

In the response the International Culinary Institute claims I signed a contract when I paid the dollars on April 27, I did NOT sign nor was I shown any contract I was only given a receipt for my payment I would accept there response if I HAD signed a contract But I did NOT sign any contract on April 27, when I made my payment I respectfully request once again that a refund be given in light of the fact that there is no signed contract that explained to me that the fee was non-refundable If the international Culinary Institute claims they have a signed contract from april 27, 2016, I would like to see it Thank you
