Fan had written to us directly as well. Reached out to the fan again and relayed pricing strategies and that we'd forwarded contact again to the franchise owner of this restaurant. Heard back from fan that franchise owner reached out to them...

and resolved concerns.

Connected with both the Franchise owner and the Fan; clarified the siutation and relayed information to both.  Per last conversation with fan he was satisfied with the resolution.

We have reached out to our fan again to obtain the gift card number and will be sending out a refund check.

I am rejecting this response because:
An email is not an apology or a refund, therefore I am rejecting because matter is not resolved.

follow-up information provided from franchise owner:  supervisor from franchise team contacted fan the day they received the initial contact, apologized and mailed out coupons. Will be following up again with fan to understand confusion.

I do not accept because I'm not the one that threwthe item I was the driver caught in the dispute I can't control anyone else's action but my own & since I didn't receive my purchase I want my money back in full! If not I'll take another route to receive my funds. I will not be punished for what someone else did that's unfair period point blank.

We have called and spoken with the fan, and apologized for the frustrations and troubles and are addressing his concerns.

Fan relations team followed up with Fan today; addressed fan's concerns and relayed to our Mobile APP team as well.
