We have called and spoken with the fan, and apologized for the frustrations and troubles and are addressing his concerns

Fan relations team followed up with Fan today; addressed fan's concerns and relayed to our Mobile APP team as well

We have reached out to our fan again to obtain the gift card number and will be sending out a refund check.
