As far as the employees that work here, everyone I came across was very friendly. That's about the only good thing I can say about this place. This last year I was involved in a minor car accident and the other drivers insurance picked up the bill. The insurance company gave me a list of places I could take the car and I chose [redacted]'s Body and Repair shop. I had used them once before for some minor buffing and repaint repair and they had done a terrific job. When I picked up my car it was pouring rain so it wasn't until the next day that I noticed the front grill was not completely painted and that they hadn't replaced both headlights (one was still cracked and faded). When I called and asked about it I was told they had done everything the insurance would cover. WHAT?!? I had already been given a detailed estimate and these items, as far as I could tell, were supposed to be covered. But, I was told I had signed the release forms and it would be at my own cost for any "extra" repairs. WHAT?!? As an entertainer I travel often and like to keep my cars serviced (oil change, new air filter, fluid check, etc.) on a regular basis. Since this car is a GM product, I like to have it serviced at a GM dealership. Due to time restraints in my schedule I chose to take it the last minute to [redacted] Service. Mistake number 2. After I returned home that day I noticed the car was running a little rough so I popped the hood. I found two hoses just laying on top of the engine not attached to anything. The air filter was almost black and full of leaves (How does that even happen?). There was approximately 1 quart of oil in the car, almost NO brake fluid, and barely ANY transmission fluid. My receipt showed this had all been checked and was fine. When I called [redacted] they said their records showed everything I had asked for was done and thanked me for my loyalty and if I wanted to bring the car back in they would look at it. Again...WHAT?!? Because of my travel schedule I didn't have time to take it back to the Service Department as I'm sure many people can relate to. This is not my idea of "excellent" customer service. If you like your car DO NOT take it here!
