Hi to whom may concerned,
Regarding about telephone situation, On May 18, AT&T came to install the phone line but there was the technical problem with the phone line that AT&T couldn't install it, and we have been contact the management office about the incident and we did get responded that they would came and check it out even though we offer that AT&T could install the phone but the management insisted to took care of itand since then nothing happenedLater on May 23, I got a call from management lady that they will send someone to do the phone line on Thursday May 26, and Today May 26, I called the management to keep up with the phone line problem, @3:p.mshe said she dont know she will try to contact someone to go look for the phone lineas of I wrote this email is May 26, 4:and noone from the management show up to take care of the problem yetand we need the phone line to connect with the Internet for credit card machine and b

June 29, 2016Dear Revdex.com,In response to the recent complaint to the Revdex.com. On May 18th I received a call from the tenant’s husband stating he needed someone to come out and install a phone line. He stated that he had AT&T come out and they were unable to find a line, due to them...

needing access to a utility closet. I proceeded to call our maintenance man to go to the property and help them get access. According to their lease it was tenants responsibility to take care of this matter, but as a courtesy I did schedule someone to go to the unit and install a phone line for them. During that time, I continued to get calls every day concerning this issue from the husband. I told him I would send someone out to install one phone line and told him that we have no control over other vendor’s schedule. The day he was scheduled to go out the husband called me because he did not show up he had an emergency and could not make it, so I proceeded to reschedule with him.After I rescheduled with our Vendor to put their line in the unit, they proceeded to call AT&T on their own and wanted us to pay for it because it wasn’t done quick enough for them. I told them we already had someone scheduled and If they had their own person do it that it would be at their own cost. At that point the wife had called me and was very rude and hostile. I understand her frustration, but in my defense, I feel that I handled her hostility and frustrations in a professional manner. I have been in property management over 10 years and never received a complaint, I always try to treat everyone respectfully. Even after she continued to be rude and irate with me during our conversations I continued to help them. The conclusion of this situation was, that AT&T did not do any work on the property when they called them out to put phone lines in the unit, due to they needed property managements permission. We had our vendor scheduled to go out already on Saturday June 4th at that time they ran the line and installed a phone line at no cost to the tenants. The tenants were able to get a phone line in the unit on time for their opening of business. Our company has been in business for over 30 years and have never had any complaints. I believe I have handled this situation in a timely and professional manner. Sincerely,International Design & Management
