ordered 2 ceiling lights. One didn't work called the company and they said they would send out a new light. Several months have passed *** no light.
One of the two lights Model SHXXXXXQ200 did not work. Called Honeywell and they stated they would mail a light out. Three months have passed and no light. I have called them 3 times and emailed them and contacted them on their website. No one gets back to me.I purschased the lights from Sam's Club mail order. They would not take the light back. They said that I had to contact Honeywell.
I want a working light or my money back.
The customer's light is now available and it's shipping today. Unfortunately, delays can occur, however, every customer is important and we help all of them in as timely a fashion as possible. Kay has been called to let her know of the shipment, but only a voice mail could be left.
Unable to obtain warranty replacement for a defective 4 foot shop light
Have been unable to reach a live person at Customer Service. Two e-mails, only one replied to tell me is necessary to contact them via telephone. FIVE telephone calls (all answered by voice mail). only ONE returned (unfortunately I was not home)
Four foot shop light (SHXXXXXXQ120)failed on July 30. 2019 and I am attempting to obtain a warranty replacement. Light was purchased July 24, 2016. This is within the 5 yr warranty period. I have the purchase receipt
Replace light or refund Note: This light is still being sold at Sam's Club.
Replacement light received from Customer service yesterday (9/10/19). It has been installed and is working properly. the defective light is being returned to Customer Service. They were nice enough to enclose a prepaid shipping label.
