Less than one month ago, the International Diamond Co at Woodfield Mall replaced a watch batteryIt worked for less than weeksI returned today to ask for my money backI did not want another of his batteriesHe was exceedingly rude and accused me of wrecking my watch then trying to get "something for nothing." It was pretty and shiny already, the only reason why I did submit it to the jeweler for re-rhodium was that I did it together with my chain. I bought this ring new and paid a lot of money for it, and believe me I examined it before I bought it. All the diamonds were perfect, pretty and shiny! If I would see that issue at the moment of buying, I wouldn't even buy this ring. Also when we were there with my husband we saw how the jeweler was working on the other ring and there were a lot of tinny little diamonds around him. Which means my "tinny little diamod", which was much better quality could be extracted and used on their own purpose. Me and my husband were both shocked and very upset by this unprofessional work. I paid a lot of money for this quality ring and nobody has the right to exchange stones on it. Also, please find attached the certificate I received from the place where I bought this ring, which states clarity range, color range, carat weight and the price of the diamonds. We don't have done any thing wrong and just for your information ( you can confirm with any jeweler rhodium plating is a 45 second to a minute process altogether with polishing it takes about 20 minutes . Dear people, I don't think that reliable and trust worth business or person should call a customer "lier". The owner doesn't show any respect to his customers, so I don't think that his business is worth your attention. Few facts here - yes, the date on the appraisal is 2013. That's why I said that the ring is almost new (I never said it was brand new), as it was bought just a year ago. You can clearly see the date of purchase there, it is not a secret. You also can read on the appraisal that the information is based on current retail value and may absolutely be used for insurance purposes. Which means it is true and valid. Yes, we bought this brand new ring from our friends who own 2 big jewelry stores - one in [redacted] Hills Mall and the other one in [redacted] Mall. They are very respected people. That is why I bought my ring from them. And I know that they would never mistaken me - I trust them. Please also read all the previous complains to this International Diamond Company. You will see that a lot of people were fooled by them and that the owner calls all of them "liers". Can all the people be liers??? Would the real businessman call his customers like that? Also, I would suggest you to read reviews online, it says a lot about this "professional" business. People are not happy at all. From the previous complaint cases I can predict that BBB will probably close it as resolved as the owner offers the solution - to change the diamond. But as everybody else before - I would never go back to that store. I don't trust these people and I would never ever let them even touch my jewelry. It takes 6 months to earn a customer, but it takes 6 seconds to lose one... Very poor and unprofessional business.

International diamond company terrible, first they lied I bought pair of earings claimed on sale, they were originally for cluster I asked to return for money back, will not let me, he states no returns, you only see no return policy only on the receipt after purchaseThis is very bad business on top of it they are awful earings for the priceVery disappointed, wish I could get refundThey ripped us off

I understand ms *** is used to return jewelry at many places ,please look at the review on the Revdex.com's site that she had made about us She has lied that she has not received the package for months .first lie is that she received the
package and refused to accept the package , second is that even as of today it has been not three months since purchase was made.Ms *** is and was fully aware that once you size a ring it is not refundable or exchangeable, she had a issue with stone falling out which was resolved and even shipped for free ( I am attaching pictures of package sent which indicates the package was returned.I am also sending you copy of sales agreement signed by her on credit card slip and our store receipt.her issue was resolved which was under the warranty and even shipped for free .since ring is been sized and her issue is taken care off , we cannot issue any refund, she can pick up the ring from the store , as a courtesy we will even exchange the ring for her but refund will not be made ,even though she is very disgruntled and been posting wrong reviews about us but we are still going out of our way to help her ,even though we were harassed and threatened at our store by her intoxicted boy friend and even on our *** page but we would exchange it for her but no refunds will be issued.thanks and have a good day

the customer has made about bait and switch is unacceptable and reserve the right to take them to the court for filling wrong complaint
On Friday August 28th mr *** and his wife come to the store and purchased plain 14k wedding bands after negotiating the best price of $flat including tax and even requested us to to size it free Size and size
On Sunday they came to pickup the rings Rings were already sized to and , upon trying on the rings they said the ring is still tight on them even thought it was done to and as requested by them
Nothing was said about the ring looking different or not the same They requested us to make the ring little bit bigger , since we do all our repair work and sizing on premises rings were sized right away
After May be minutes mr *** entered the store and actually himself was very belligerent and said I don't want to here any thing and want to cancell the transaction , I told him very politely sir have you even tried the ring after the rings have been resized again , he start screaming why you are so rude and just cancell my transaction
I pointed to the reciept which has clearly stated that sale items are not refundable ( both items were or sale , there regular price ,$535.00,$
Sold for $and $flat including tax
He was verbally and in writing told about the policy and have a signed copy of store policy and sales contract
He refused to listen and kept screaming and actually threatened us to call police , I politly told him it is up to you sir
I was really shocked to see that he came again and have called so get the police to our store ( what a waste of tax payers money )
When the officer entered and read the reciept was not too happy and told me *** clearly that this is not a police matter and why are we here and why were we even called
We are very disappointed that we sized the ring twice and gave the ring for the price they wanted
Find one place where you can find the same rings in k white gold solid for that price
Since the ring has been sized twice and was a sale item as well
No refunds will be issued

I think he is just trying to find excuse just to return the ring

Horrible quality and customer service
I purchased a ring on January Less than 24hrs after purchasing the ring a diamond fell out I went back the next day and told them I wanted my money back and to return the ringThe said the do not do returns which they do not tell you before purchasing It says it in very small letters on your receipt you get after you already bought it After arguing with them they told me they will put the diamond back in and I could pick it up I told them I lived over an hour away and they said ok it will cost extra to ship itIt wasn't about the money it was the fact that their product was crap and I shouldn't have to pay for it to be shipped especially when they should've taken it back in the first place!! They said it would be at my home the following Tuesday Now it's been MONTHS and I NEVER received the P.O.S ring and they REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
About a week after this incident I went to another jewelry store in the mallThey had the same ring with better quality and cheaperWhen I told them what happened with The international diamond company they told me that they don't like to talk bad about other companies at all but they havent heard anything good about that company and customers have come to them telling them horrible stories about the company ripping people off!
P.SI have never been to a jewelry store that would not let you return a product a broken product at thatVery poor customer service and qualityThey should not be able to do business anymore and if I could rate them a times I would !

I bought a ring from this store and it was excellent value. The lady that served me was very polite and helpful and offered to have my ring resized at no extra cost within 30 minutes. They double checked my ring size and I collected it 30 minutes later. It is a perfect fit and I am thrilled with it.

This was a custom order in size 13 , it was promised in 3 to 4 weeks and when we called customer told us that they do not...

We clearly told them when they were placing the order that it a size 13 ring and is custom made and will not be cancel able ,especially when ring was ready as promised a week ago they came to the store and have picked up thef ring and as a courtesy we have given them a tungsten ring free which we sell for $ 100.00

Also, I would suggest you to read reviews online, it says a lot about this "professional" business. People are not happy at all.
