Review: [redacted] approached us as we were getting into our home on Sat. He asked us if we would be interested in purchasing a meat package. Since we have a special needs child time is very valuable to us so we allowed him in to show us his product. He had a side kick con woman with him and told us she is training. He told us all about International Entrees , the years they have been in business, gave us a brochure and proceeded to lay out all the meats on the table. He guaranteed his meats will stay fresh for a year and anything we did not like the company would make good on. It was a very well laid out con job I must say. The Rib eye had a weird color, texture and no taste. I even doubt if it was beef. I figured that is off the list. When I made the filet mignons they took a real unusally long time to cook. Mine filet (which is supposed to be the best cut) was all grissle. Again, after they thawed out they had a weird color to them as if a glaze was on them. He told us the quality of his steads rival that of [redacted] Steaks. I called his phone number several times (cell). Suprisingly I got a voice mail stating this was [redacted], but he never returned our calls. He sent him two text messages which no reply was given. I emailed the fraud company (email on website). No reply to that. I called the phone number on their web page---not even a valid number. I called the phone number Revdex.com has on file. No one answers that number either. This guy is a total fraud ripping people off. There is a web site called merchant circle. One review on their with exact story as what I am describing.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: [redacted] showed up at my house insisting he was selling organic free range chicken meat and fish (non-farm raised). I asked him to show me where his products stated as much. he said he had to come back to drop off food to me the next day and would bring all the documentation. I paid him and he left me most of the food as I had to run and pick up my daughter from school. The next day he did as he said by bringing by the additional food he owed me but I was not home. He did not leave any documentation. I have since been on their web and tried calling him and the phone number listed online. No one answers or calls me back. The food is terrible and not edible. It is not ORGANIC. I want answers and my money back.Desired Settlement: I want the amount I paid this man for my food. I would also like him stopped. I am looking for all Organic and Non GMO food for my children and his was able to deceive me. I was told if I was not happy I could get a refund and no one answers their phone. I never make rush decisions like this but was trying to be healthy for my children. This company needs to be stopped. Thank you![redacted]

[redacted] complaint was taken care of 3 weeks ago. I spoke to her yesterday and she was going to inform you that everything was fine.

This sale was from an independant contractor that buys food from me - not International Entrees directly - I am only a broker.
