When people contact them for medical examination required as part of the USCIS Green card process, they inform the fee is $250 dollars. Once the you go there, they make you pay $250 even before the doctors sees you. Then the doctors sees you and says you need to get a blood test done. Then they take your blood and when coming out they will force you to pay$375 for the blood work. They don't inform you the cost of the blood test when you take the appoint, when the doctor sees you or even before taking the blood. Once they take the blood they will force u to pay $375 more.
By that time since you already payed $250 for consultation fee, you don't have many options. I have seen many Indians and chines people who are waiting for green cards for many years and are eager to get their medical tests done falling to this.
All the other doctors approved by USCIS charge only $200 or less for the whole process and this these people take about $650 from each person.
