This company is calling one of our employees during business hours harassing them about a bill they claim is unpaid However the employee returned the product This company called on the company line and asked to speak to our employee they then told our employee that an individual was on their way to his Human Resource department with paperwork to withhold his check until he paid a claim The employee came to my office scared that they were not getting their paycheck I took the number and called this company First they did not want to give me their address They gave me only a PO Box and refused to give me a physical location of their office They transferred me to another gentleman who said it was impossible to give a physical address because they were in a high rise in NY and it would just be confusing because they were so many attorneys in their building I respectfully requested they not call employees during business hours using the company phone number The man told me

This company called me about two years ago telling me they were officers going to my house and locking it down and going to put everybody out saying they have a summons from a judge to do what they said they can do and locking the house was one of the things they can do well I was scared nothing like this has ever happened to me so I called the number they gave me and I was told everything can be put to a stop but I would have to pay hundred dollars right away all I had was hundred so they said okay so I payed the hundred and set up a payment plan to pay the balance in payments a total amount of 2,dollars and centsafter I payed a few days later I got I call from them again for another payment I asked them who they were they said police officers I asked for their name they didnt tell me I asked for what department they are from they didnt tell me So I called Dallas police department they said if they dont tell you their name or badge number or where they w

Review: I received a phone call at work stating that I would be served litagation papers at my house today if I didnt call an attorneys office that is handling my case by 4pm and not get embarrased. So I took down the number and attorneys name and case number. I called this number and gave them my case number and they put me on hold for 15mins. A lady got on the phone and said that I owed American Enterprises and defaulted on my finance aggreement. I told the lady yes I owe for a Kirby Vaccum cleaner and my last statement was $500. She said no its $800 and with attorney fees it over $1200, and since it was a household good we are going to seize your TVs, furniture, and anything of value that we can get and see it at an auction to get whats owed to us. This lady was so rude that I have never heard a so called attorney office speak like this. I asked her what can I do and she said pay me what due the $800. I said Ma'am I dont have that type of money and she said well we cant help you and she hung up in my face. There should be somme type of laws to prevent these people from threatning to take their property , pretend to be attorneys , and charge fess that are outrageous. I could not work after I talked to these people. I had a bad anxiety attack after this conversation. Please help me pay these people without the threats.Desired Settlement: I want to know to pay the vaccum cleaner off and stop these horrible threatning phone calls.

Review: These individuals first called my sister phone asking about me. My mother overheard the conversation and took the phone away from my sister and asked what is it pertaining about. My mother gave them my phone number to call me. When they called me I told them that I do not live their. The lady was a snotty woman with no professionalism at all. She indicated that the sheriff department is going to my mothers house and take all her belongings if I do not do a wire transfer that night for $3,000. Now this is for a bed that yes I owe but I only owe $1,900. I told her that I do not have that type of money and she said n order to stop the sheriff department from taking my mothers belongings the lowest she can go is $1,500. I told her that I would have my mother talk to her. My mother indicated that the woman made threats of knocking the door down in her house and she could not do anything about it. That the sheriff department was already called to come to the house to pick up all her stuff and seize it as payment. My mother lives in Virginia and I live in New Jersey. The woman stated that I receive mail in my moms hose and that where I live at. Than I receive a letter in my mothers house when I clearly told them that I do not live there. The letter is stating that they filing a judgment against me. They made my mother very upset and she almost had a breakdown from the threats they made. I am going to call the bedding company and make arrangements with them.Desired Settlement: I just want the company to leave my mother alone. It is my debt not hers and correct the address on their end.

Review: This company had a man called my house saying he is a constable, my son who Is only 18 took the message, and called me saying this man told him he was going to my house and take everything of value. I called this man and I asked him why he told my son he was going in my house to get my things out. I was lost I didn't know how to handle the situation I freak out my blood pressure when up the sky. So I called this company ###-###-#### and they stated they are some attorneys and asked me to pay my bills that they have an old account with them something I had bought from Royal Prestige they said I have a balance of $3292. and I need to pay $1500. in order to stop this man to come to my house and get my thing out. Under the FDCPA there is no law they can harass me or make any threads or even say they are attorneys when they are not. I called the man again and asked him who he was he when off at me and said I was harassing him and harassing the attorney offices, he said my son is a liar and that he was going to take me to court and accuse my son of false statement. I don't know where to take this I am in the process of hiring an attorney to help me with this. I found this called very disturbing unprofessional and very abusive towards my self and my family. IFSC is a scam. Their people are con-men. They use bulling, fear and coercion to attempt to get money from their victims to fork over money. Report them to law enforcement.

Review: Well, I got a letter from them stating that they needed me to pay them the amount of $1,469.09, and that if I didn't come out with that amount that same day they were going to come to my house to change the locks and that they were going to take all my belongings including the house. The gentleman who called me never wanted to tell me his nam, and told me that he was a lawyer, and that he was the one making the questions. He told about [redacted] company to whom I owe $ 800.

And he say it was going to be more and more if I didn't send them a money gram. I told them that I wasn't going to be able to do that because I wasn't working , he told that even if I have to hold up a band to pay them , to go ehead and do it and to call him back.

He even told me that he has other accounts under my name , from [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]; places where I had never been. When told him that lived in those places, he told me that he had never spoken to someone with such low level of education, that it was below 0. So I asked him why he was being so rude, and he told me that people like me did not deserve any better. He threatened me to call my husband employer, and that I have to pay all this others accounts about things that I had never bought, in those places that he said I lived. I got a lawyer which recommend me to file chapter 7 of bankruptcy, that nobody would call me and that I wouldn't have to pay a penny to nobody. My lawyer advised me to call them to let them know that she was in charge, and he didn't take the number and neither want to take the information from my lawyer he called, them began to call her asking to pay them the amount of money that he were trying to get from me. I am notifying the [redacted] because this may be a scam. So I hope this bunch thieves.Desired Settlement: I hope that they could get to the bottom of this
