In November, 2016, [redacted] ?s Muffler Shop was recommended to me by a trusted source to perform a dual catalytic converter replacement While paying for the job, I was struck by the odor of alcohol from at least one of the employees After paying, and as I was driving away, I noticed sound and vibration which concerned me Upon returning home, and further inspection, I found four hardware items missing I returned to the shop at 7:the next morning to inform them of what I found When they put it on the rack for me to show them where I had found the missing bolts, I saw a fifth bolt missing I told them to ?please, just make it right? Driving home again, some of the problems remained The following Monday, I took it to the dealer where an additional seven bolts were found to be missing, two of which were axle bolts In January, with colder temperatures, an exhaust leak sound was noticed I returned to the dealer again One of the catalytic converter sensors was cross-thread
