To whom this may concern.My name is *** *** I've been in business for over yearsWhat I sell is alpaca clothing hand made from a fashion designer in ***To start off with I was at the *** rodeo in my booth and this couple came in interested in buyingAll my long capes run
($220)only one price.The one they liked was a short cape (which is $180)and asked if I could reduce the price because his wife also wanted to buy some boots so since they were my last costumer for the day just a few minutes before we close I decided to take $off they both agreed on this offer and left happyA few days later she showed up and asked me if she can return her short cape I explained to her that I do not do exchanges or returns that was my policy.I saw her get upset so I decided to do it just for herShe wanted to exchange it for something that's ($220) and that's when I had told her she had to pay the differenceShe refused so I explained that she paid for the price of a short sweater/short-cape and she would need to exchange it for the same price which is ($180) she agreed and found one she was happy with and brought her friends to see if they liked it as well and they all didBefore she left once again I asked her if everything is ok she looked at me and said everything is fineShe went back home and looked at my web page and saw prices and items that I don't even carry anymoreI do need to update my webpage but because of personal matters I haven't been able to do soI apologize for any inconvenience if you have any other questions or concern please feel free to contact me
