Review: I recently purchased two portable corrals from this company. When I ordered the second one, I only received a partial order, with no notification as to why. I contacted the company and they shipped the remainder of my order which arrived the day before I was leaving for a camping trip. When I arrived at my destination and unpacked the panels, I discovered that some of the welds were broken, one leg was bent, and 2 of the legs would not fit into the panels they were to support. Because I was at a location where there was no phone service, I tied the panels together the best I could. My mare leaned into the fence panels and the fence bent further and a leg broke off. When I returned 2 weeks later, I contacted the company to inform them of how dissatisfied I was with their product and that they were VERY poorly made. During the course of emails back and forth with their customer service, I was told I could return them for a full refund. I did NOT ask for the refund, it was offered. (I had read their fine print on the warranty and didn't think they would stand behind the product). Upon returning the panels to the company, I was notified that I would NOT receive a refund as their manager didn't think the panels failed due to poor workmanship. I feel that they should stand behind their offer of a full refund since I DID NOT ASK FOR IT, They offered it.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me the full refund that they stated they would do.
