My name is *** *** I am the manager at B.TNails In response to your letter! Date: 7/25/014, and assigned an ID of *** A customer came in to utilize the services that I offer She was quoted the general prices which are displayed on the wall in the shop
She asked for a simple manicure and pedicure She was quoted the price of $ She added additional services And we gave her new pricing, she agreed to the quotation We did explain to her several times on the additional cost for the additional services!!!! She was quoted a new pricesAnd wanted to continue with our services!!!! While the services are being performed on her hands she had some friends, and family walk and she pulled her hand away from the nail technician Which caused a minor scratch due to her pulling away Skin protection was a applied to be affected area We do not have any knowledge of any other affected areas My technicians did engage in laughter with my customer As we were told, that this was a wedding for a friend We all seem to be happy and talking together!!!! All equipment used on customers is sanitized here in the store We sanitize and clean the store throughout the day!!! Customer arrived at my store asking for a manicure and pedicure and was quoted $ She then asked for additional services She was quoted the price that would include a full set of acrylic nails at $and $for the french tips She then proceeded to the pedicure part of a store While she was receiving her pedicure, she had asked for the French tipsShe was quoted it again the price of $for the regular and $for French tipsThat's brought her total to $What I charge all of my customers We then proceeded to her daughter toes nails change And she wanted the French tips on her toes With she quoted the price of $for the service We did let her know for a plain polish it was $7.00, but it was an additional amount to have the French tips applied So everything her and her daughter was total $for the services
In regards to receive being handed out at this location It is not something that will do Unless it is paid by credit card, or debit card!!!! If customer had asked on the day of services We would have given her a written out receipt for her $a service to customer
And I am very sorry that I can not refund to her $after she had all the services
In the store was have a sign "Non-refundable refund"
*We are working very hard to earn the money and there are nothing for free in United State Only trash that for free
