This response is totally unacceptable. I did not want to give the regional manager my address to mail the $** gift card because of his argumentative nature and rudeness. I told him that I would like for it to be mailed from corporate. At this point, I don't want anything else from you! How dare you accuse me of extortion; I'm not the one stealing from customers. If it were a genuine mistake...why didn't you act on your own to correct the problem more promptly?  The only way that I received my $[redacted]  refund was because I had to call my bank after 2 weeks of not getting anywhere with management/corporate/owners. It was not refunded voluntarily, even after admission of guilt. I have filed an investigation with the FTC because I believe that you are also cheating other customers in this same or similar fashion.
