The hostess would not seat me or take my name in a timely mannerShe also had a pregnant customer waiting at the cash register that had been waiting longer than meWhen the hostess finally came to seat me, I complained about the waitThe hostess stated that I could not have been waiting that long because she had just walked to the backI asked to speak with a manager and she stated that she was the assistant managerI asked if the manager was available and she slammed my menu on the table and told me to enjoy my mealAs she walked away I asked for her nameShe ignored meI asked my server if I could speak to the manager and told the server what happenedThe server went to talk with the manager and when the assistant manager/hostess heard that I was going to speak with the manager, she went in the back and started talking to the managerThe manager came out and stated that the assistant manager was outside crying and she came to speak to me to find out why she was cryingI

Before the customer was seated she started to complainAfter being seated the customer started cursing at the server and asked for a managerI came to the table to address the issue and the customer continued to curseI asked her to leave

Review: During my visit to the restaurant, we experienced several problems, Here is a summary:1.Slow Service. I took almost 1 hour post placing our orders to finally receive poor tasting cold food.2.Several Errors in our order occurred.a.Person 1 order of soft eggs without hash browns arrived as hard eggs with hash browns.b.Person 2 and Person 3 burger was on the other plate of side orders. Person 2 ordered a bacon cheese burger with onions rings. Person 3 order a cheeseburger with fries. The onions rings arrived with the cheeseburger. The bacon cheese burger arrived with the fries. The waitress told Person 2 to pick up her burger off the plate with fries. She then asked Person 3 to pick her burger off the plate with the onion rings. The waitress then placed the fries in front of Person 3 and the onion rings in front of Person 2. c.My order arrived cold. 3.I requested to talk with the Manager. She stated that she would be right back to talk with me. Over 15 minutes later, she had not returned. I asked another employee to find the Manager. The employee stated that the Manager was in the back office with the GM.4.After several more minutes, I told the Manager about our experience and requested a discount. We were offered a 20% discount. 5.In line, I was the fourth customer behind the three people ahead of me all in my group, the three is front of me were paying cash. I had a credit card. While the first of our party was doing her transaction, the GM told another customer in front of all of us. When I asked her why she did that, she responded that she said "because the draw was open, he is paying cash and I can count". I requested that this was not acceptable service and stated that the discount should be increased to 30%. The manager responded to the GM, she's telling you what to do. The GM begin attempting to reprimand me and she made a scene in the lobby. I stated that I was going to file a complaint and requested the corporate information, the GM stormed off.Desired Settlement: Refund of $38.20 Person 2 Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings Person 3 Cheeseburger with fries Person 1 2x2 with grits and lemonade Me Splashberry with strawberry & banana French toast with grits and smoked sausage

[redacted], General Manager states the consumers ate all of the food. They were given a 20% discount for the burgers being on the wrong plate. No other refund will be given.

Review: Today I had the worst service I have almost ever had. Waited almost 20 minutes for the waitress to even come talk to us to get our drinks. Food took 45-60 minutes to come out and was cold for everyone at the table and the party next to us (which was a large table of co-workers who had been there 30 minutes before us but was just getting there food which was also cold). After spending an hour and half at the restaurant and almost being late to work I decided I would just call and leave some feedback with the manager after I got off work that evening. However the manager was very sympathetic with what had happened however offered nothing in the way of making it right. $12 for a cold burger and fries is ridicules and not with in tolerance.Desired Settlement: A refund for my meal.

Review: Hi,Yesterday I went to IHOP Roanoke for dinner and it was one of the worst restaurant experience I have.First, the lie of "all you can eat pancake", I ordered more pancake, and after 10 min of waiting I asked again and then after 15 min I got 2 more!!, so I asked for more again, and have to wait for another 10 min and only 2 more!!!!!The worst part when I went to pay, the manager came with a frown face and was very rude and disrespected me.First I told him that my order price has a problem, so he checked the menu and throw it back and with rude voice he said it is 9.99 so I showed him that the price is 7.89 (it was for seniors, but he can explain in respectful way). Then I gave to him my Free Pancake Revolution coupon, and again he was very rude and told me: "This is a copy, and I don't take copies"!!! so I replied "This is an email, how can I get you an original copy and it is stated clearly in instruction that I need to "print"" and he insisted until I showed him the instructions.So, from a fake promotion to a rude manager who do not respect his customers and his own company coupons and very rude for no reason except that we are Muslims.Desired Settlement: I want a formal apology from the company and that rude manager.
