This is incorrect information.We always return calls and we did return her call and gave her a return authorization # [redacted].  We also sent her a brand new replacement vacuum on 1/15/18 which she now has.  We always back up our products if within a reasonable amount of time. ...

response in a few days on how to get a replacement sent to them.We notified customer of this policy with the manufacturer and they will be sent replacement.  We do not do refunds, replacement only and the manufacturer does stand by the product.   If for some odd reason they do not get a response they should contact our office again and we will have manufacturer call them to clear up.  Again, all sales arefinal and we will replace bad items but not reimburse.  This was all explained to customer on phone.    [redacted]

I ended up speaking with a manager or director regarding all the issues and problems that I had and I was refunded my $600.  I am not accepting this complaint as resolved because I want the public to be aware that this business is shady, they lie to get you to purchase their product, they have a cell phone number to call for tech support that is rarely answered and the people that work for them obviously are not trained in customer service.  Did I become "nasty", yes, I suppose I did after I was lied to, yelled at, talked over and not given the name of the person I was speaking to or a manager and was then hung up on.   I did not "misunderstand" the return policy.  I am not silly enough with my money that I would spend $600 on 2 devices that I could not return by a fly by  night company (I am silly enough to not have read the other numerous online reviews though that would have warned me away from this company) My friend was also with  me and we also heard the sales representative say this device could be returned within 14 days to other people as well. NEVER did anyone selling these devices say it was only if your internet did not work!  NEVER.  This company's device is a joke as well as the people they have working for them who need to be trained on product detail, return policy and customer service.Thank you for your time.

Hello, I am responding to a complain from [redacted] regarding purchase  made at [redacted] on  9/30/16.  Customer purchased 2 [redacted] TV boxes.  As marked on receipt ALL SALES FINAL and on back of receipt there is a restocking fee for returns.  This customer...

obviously misunderstood sales man as she was told that if she did not have enough mgs of internet, she had 14 days to return for refund.  This was not the case.When she called customer service she was told that she had to pay a 30.00 cleaning fee for each box returned.  Once a box is out of our hands, we have to return it to manufactuerer that we purchase it from to have it cleaned and reset before we can resell it. We stated that we would refund the boxes upon receipt but take 60.00 (2 boxes)  for cleaning fee.  Ms [redacted] became nasty and wild when told this information.  We did not give her misinformation, all of this info is in writing on back of her receipt.  She became very nasty andrefused to listen to reason so  finally we hung up on her.  We are still willing to refund her minus the cleaning fee. ThanksIHI Customer Service
