We provided Mrs*** with services for her spouse to become a Legal Permanent ResidentShe is a US Citizen and was able to submit a I-601a PROVISIONAL WAIVER was approved, they were both aware that Immigrant Visas are ONLY APPROVED by the US Consulate in Ciudad Juarez in their caseUS Embassy is the only inity that may approve his VISAOn Jun 02,2016, prior to going to their CDJ Interview, they both signed a waiver to that fact
We, International Immigration did our best to provide them with excellent serviceAlthough, the US Embassy Denied *** Sanchez his VisaWe still continued to serve Mrs***, we emailed the US Consulate on her behalf, requesting a more detailed explaination on why ***'s case got deniedShe will get a more detailed answer still yet
We provided them with a FBI report for ***, since he revieled that he had a DUI, we filed a I-Petition for alien relative, got I-Approved, submitted all documents for National Visa Process, Affidavit of Supports, filed computer application for visa DS-260, submitted I-601a Waiver and got approval, processed CDJ Interview, and ultimately got *** to CDJ for his CDJ Interview
Unfortunately, although they were recommeded clients, we are very sorry for the denial result that *** received for the US Consulate
We are not attorneys as stated on our flier, which Mrs*** received after her first visit(Copy enclosed) All fees they paid for all services provided have been enclosed (copies enclosed)we will mail a copy of the response from US Consulate Ciudad Juarez, when we received itAgain, we are very sorry for ***'s Denied Case
Approved cases are about 95%, that is why we are still in business since Thank you, for your assistance in this most important matter

I do not accept their response, the reason why is because of their DISHONESTY, How I mentioned before, when I first meet with Mr*** the first thing I told him was that I was looking for an attorney, and what was his response nothing he let us think we was an attorneyI realized he was not an attorney when I went in for a second opinion once my husband was denied and they check on the CA barOnce I told my husband he went thru the papers they gave him to take down there and on a FLYER! it stated on the bottom that they were not an attorneyThat was a little too late! Not in any document we signed with them it sated they were a filling placenot even that last document we signed where it said that they were not responsible if he got denied
They knew that we did not know that Mr*** was not an attorney, because every time we called we would always ask to speak with the ATTORNEY ***Why did no one ever clarify that to us that he was NOT an attorney? Especially Mr***This has been going on for years that we have been seeing him and not once they could of said the truth? That is how other people as well are being tricked they don't accept nor deny that he is playing attorney and that's how he is getting it off his backBut no this needs to stop he is practicing playing an attorney as a filer on others people's expense
My husband had different forms of getting his visa, which we mentioned to Mr*** and he said no that it wasn't necessarilyMy husband was a candidate for the DACA, if he knew what he was doing even as a filer he would of known best to file the DACA get his visa then I could of petitioned him for his residency
The problem here is their dishonesty and that is how they are destroying families like mineIf they would of been honest since the gnone of this would of happenedWe needed an attorney not a filer because my husbands case was complicatedEven an honest filer would of told us to seek an attorney but for him the $$$$ signs were more important
