I recently purchased a pair of earrings via a "best offer" process on eBay Not only did he work with me on the price where we could come to agreement, when they arrived, the main stone of the earrings had faceting that really wasn't visible in the photos, he immediately offered to special order the exact same earrings with the exact type of stone I wanted! He explained that it would take a few weeks for the custom order to be filled, sent me update emails and notified me right before they were about to be sent to ensure I still wanted When the earrings arrived, they were just beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted!!! I would definitely recommend Michael for any jewelry purchase or repair you might have I had a pear shaped light pink diamond ring that had the pear sitting above the ring by prongs It was suppose to be set flush in a bevel setting I sent the ring to Michael to see if he could fix it Since the pear wasn't symmetrical it took a lot of work to get the ring to look good Michael took the patience and time to make it look the way it should lookI am very pleased with the work and would recommend him for any of your jewelry needs
