I was mislead by the girl on the phone. I had this company already remove and grind 4 trees on my property and now when the came and did the fifth and final tree they didn't grind the stump. Girl said she didn't quote it. After 4 trees taken down I can't believe they are pulling this crap on me. bad company stay away. Crooks
I have used this company three times for cutting trees and am getting ready to use them again. Very professional service. They always leave the yard clean.
In my opinion, they have extremely poor customer service. Did not show up for scheduled landscaping appointment and never called to say were not planning on coming after we took the day off. Called and left message when didn't show up. No call back. Called them later in day and person who answered the phone was extremely rude. Would not recommend using them ever (unless you want to be stood up and waste your day).
Owner has promised services and been paid for said services without Services being rendered multiple texts and calls dating back to 8/23/2017 with no response and no services. Owner has promised services to be rendered on September 7th with no show no call no text offered services for September 8th between 12 noon and 1 with unanswered calls and text messages at 1:42 p.m. September 8th 2017 owner responded that he would be at the premises between 40 minutes to 1 hour
called from the business stated that she tried to reach out to Ms. in regards to the complaint to find out exactly whats going on. She stated that Ms. yelled at her the entire time and stated she wants not further contact from the business. *** stated that before any type of resolution can be offered they need to know exactly what is going on. Ms. can reach out to the business directly to discuss further information with them.

*** called me on Friday the 22nd. I told her I would not at this time meet with Luis in person because of the way he spoke to me over the phone (very loud and aggressive). I did agree to have him contact me via phone call (which I never received). I did get upset during the phone call but I in no way yelled the entire time. I called *** on Monday 9/25 and told her I received the response (which seemed false since it was not an accurate description of the conversation). She gave me Luis' cell # to contact him. I called the number and left a message and have not heard back.

The original complaint was that services were not rendered in a timely fashion. The owner and I texted back and forth for several days as to when he would complete services at my mother's home. After a week of no shows, a day and time were set. I went to my mother's home to meet him. I waited for 3 hours for someone to show up with no avail. Finally, the owner's brother came out to cut the grass and remove a small tree. I asked him about topsoil as it did not look like any was put down. He told me he did not know. I texted Luis (name I was given as the owner) and asked him about it. He called me and said it was done. I told him it didn't look like it and he argued that it was done and that I could call the company he got it from if I wanted. I asked him for a name and number and all he said was Petros (i believe). I could not find a number so I texted him asking for this information with no response. I filed the complaint that day.
9/22 I received a call from the receptionist *** about the complaint filed and she asked what resolution I wanted. I said that I would like a portion of the fee charged refunded because of the inconvenience and time it took and lack of communication on the business' part. She asked if I would meet with Luis and I told her I did not feel comfortable with an in person meeting because of the tone he portrayed the last time we had spoken. I agreed (reluctantly) to a phone call conversation and told her to please have him contact me. I never received a call. I called her back on 9/25 to let her know that I did not get a call from him and she gave me his cell to which I left a message for a call back that I never got.
I hired this company to cut and trim bushes in my yard that just had grown too full for me to handle. I requested Anderson to cut them low and clean up the area around the bushes. When asked if I wanted the bushes to be shaped round or square I said I did not care as long as it was neat. Anderson said he would be there during afternoon and arrived at 4 p.m. The bushes were cut and not shaped and they blew much of the debris into my neighbors tree line, which I did not discover until they had left. When I asked them to shape the bushes I was meet with unprofessional rebuttal and very bad attitude. Up until the point of me telling them I was not satisfied they were professional. If I knew how to post a photo of the mess they left my yard.
I had two large trees removed, including stump grinding, as well as two other trees pruned during June of 2017. They used heavy duty vermeer equipment for chipping up the branches and grinding the stumps, and stihl chainsaws for cutting. Highly skilled, as we had some tree sections overhanging the house and they operated with ropes.
When I scheduled the initial evaluation I was given a date and time Luiz planned to come by. I didn't need a follow up reminder because it was inside of a week. He arrived on time and provided the estimate in writing, and it was exactly what I paid the company after the work was done. I ended up getting a second estimate from another company and their cost was significantly higher.
I believe Luiz showed up on a Monday for the estimate, work started Friday, and final cleanup concluded the following Monday...so things progressed rather quickly.
The job ended up taking a few days due to heavy rain interrupting their work. They usually have a smaller team do the cutting, then a larger crew do the cleanup the next day. They left the yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. After my job was completed my neighbor used them to remove two magnolias and they had that entire job done from start to finish in about 24 hours.
When I was coordinating with the office on the start times of the tree cutting they mentioned they were trying to improve their communication systems in the office. I was able to text the office # for the questions I had, though I did have to be persistent with some of my phone calls, which was my only disappointment. The crew was outstanding and the work was top notch though, so I would do business with them again.
