International Lending Network, Inc. Reviews (1)

Prior to moving forward and accepting “any” money from any client, we provide each client with a legal document entitled “Letter of Intent”, laying out proposed terms for financing, and the conditions of our engagement. Two of those conditions pertain to this particular client.  The first is...

that the client will provide all loan documentation requested by ILN’s [redacted], and if they refuse to do so, it is a Breach of our Agreement. Secondly, if the client withdraws during processing, there is no refund.  This client accepted our agreement and did indeed advance $4,500.00 to International Lending Network (ILN) as a deposit for services to be rendered.        ILN’s [redacted] that was interested in funding this transaction provided a Letter of Interest with terms to the client, and the client did indeed accept it.  At the start of processing, the [redacted] provided the client with a list of documentation needed in order to process the transaction.  However, the client did not provide the requested documentation, and simply refused to provide any documentation requested by the [redacted] even after several requests over a two month period.  ILN also confirmed and requested same from the client, also to no avail.    Finally, after two months of waiting for the client to provide the documentation, ILN learned that the client obtained financing directly from their own bank.  Once the client secured financing from their own bank, they requested a refund from ILN.  As a gesture of good faith, ILN agreed to return half of the fee to the client over a period of time in an effort to satisfy the client’s request as well as reward ILN for the time and effort ILN put into the client and the transaction.  As a result of the client not moving forward with ILN’s [redacted], ILN lost a commission of approximately $12,000.00.    The client did not perform as agreed, and thus, forfeited their right to receive a refund of the fee paid to ILN. All of the above information can be substantiated, as ILN has a complete file of all emails and correspondence between the client, the [redacted], and ILN.  Also, all signed and transmitted documents between ILN, the client, and ILN’s [redacted] are also available.  Subsequently, based on the client’s decision to go public with this situation, which is also a breach of our agreement, ILN is no longer willing to refund “any” money to the client.  In fact, in the last written correspondence ILN received from the client, Ms [redacted] indicated she will write a long letter to the Revdex.com in an effort to stain our reputation, and upon doing so, she indicated that ILN can then keep the fee they paid to ILN.    [redacted], Jr., PRESIDENT International Lending Network, Inc.
