printer, he has made this same promise many times and has not done what he promised. I no longer trust him. I will be satisfied when the printer is delivered

I am truly sorry for the delay. It has been very difficult to obtain the parts for this machine. I do have the parts in now, and I can repair and return in a more timely manner.
