[redacted] Revdex.com of San Diego, Orange & Imperial CountiesDear Ms. [redacted]This is regarding assigned ID # [redacted] and the concerns the customer has made. I am shocked at the allegations being made here about my company and employee. Because things did not happen, from what I observed from...

15 feet away and what my employee has told me.As far as I observed she was very excited and happy to join from 10 to 15 feet away. She did not look like she was distressed or unhappy. She even said happily goodbye to me before she left. She had signed up for a one agreement so she could take advantage of a discounted price. She signed an agreement and was given a copy of the terms. She even opted to buy extra equipment that she received at the time of sale and the gloves were free with sign up and were given to her.We have over 200 students and run classes all day long, morning and evening classes with different instructors. So we do not know if someone is coming in or not sometimes. When we found out when she was not coming in, was when her first scheduled payment did not go through. We called her many times to find out what she wanted to do with her account. I even got a hold of her once and she said that she would call me back and she never did. I would have canceled her account if she would just pick up the phone. Her account was delinquent and I had accrued banking charges from denials and we also required a 30 day written notice per our agreement. She never called us nor did she write us a letter, we give a 3 day opt out for buyer’s remorse per our agreement and would have happily done so. But she never contacted me or anyone else here. She signed an agreement with us and we followed it. We went out of way to resolve this with her but she would not answer our calls, we did not harass her as she claims. She had control over buying all the equipment and signing up for classes. No one forced her to come in buy all the equipment and sign up. And we did not sell her a used uniform, we would never do that. She was in a public open area where everyone could see her including me when she signed up, there was didn’t show it when she left or I would have seen it since I was only about 10 feet away. This has been the first we have heard of this and only incidence of this nature here. She is only in this situation because she signed an agreement and had buyer’s remorse, then took absolutely no action to resolve it. We held up our part of our agreement, it is not our responsibility for us to make sure she comes to classes she signed for and nor is it our responsibility to cancel her 1 year agreement with us on our own nor is it legal. I tried repeatedly to reach her and find out what was going on, had she communicated to us her concerns or wanting to cancel this could have been resolved in the beginning. We are not in the business of trying to take money from people do not want to give it to us. But we do expect you to be responsible adult and take care of your business. We had $50 in banking charges that we had to take care of, on top of all the time and effort we used to rectify this situation. We do not have the ability to monitor every student to make sure they are coming to class or not nor do we want to.This her first attempt to cancel her agreement with us as far as I know. Even now I am confused with her actions. We would like to resolve this issue as well.Sincerely,[redacted]Head Instructor
