We always stand behind our work 100%The first time we installed this job [redacted] approved the work before the installer leftHe then complained to usWe scheduled a different installer to go make the customer happyHe reinstalled the windows and this time had the customer sign off on the work (see attached sign off sheet)Now the next day the customer has filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.We will absolutely go out yet a third time to fix what the customer feels is not done correctly but only with the agreement that he will not allow the installer to leave feeling as if he is happy with the workIf he is not satisfied with the work he should call our management staff while our installer is still there so we can try to figure out where the miscommunication is taking place and have the technician satisfy the customer.This is not a question of poor quality but a question of poor communicationWe will call the customer today to schedule yet another trip out to his home.Steven D***

To whom it may concern:During the year 2014 we installed 3 separate jobs for [redacted] ***, which we are very grateful for. All of these jobs were completed and signed off by the customer. One of the jobs was the supply and installation of a double front door which has a very unique construction design.... We are currently scheduled to go back to the jobsite next week. At that time we will do whatever is necessary to satisfy [redacted] and we are prepared to take whatever steps are needed to address any issues she may have regarding the door. Our goal at Unified is 100% customer satisfaction and sometimes it takes more then one visit to accomplish this. We are very sorry for any inconvenience we may have inadvertently caused. We are very confident that we will achieve this result with [redacted] and will follow up as needed.

Upon receipt of this letter we reached out to this customer and assured her that we will be happy to address any and all issues regarding the work they have contracted us to do. We have asked for and already received a detailed list of of any issues and concerns. A date has already been set to have...

After personally speaking to [redacted] it was determined that there was a misunderstanding regarding frosted glass on the lower portion of the bathroom window. As a courtesy,Unified will supply and install the frosted glass at no cost to [redacted].Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Dan R[redacted]Chief Operations Officer-Unified Window Systems

We have not done any work for this customer as this complaint was regarding our estimate. Our sales person gave the customer a comprehensive free estimate breaking down each item and showing all discounts. The base price after discounts for the siding was indeed the very same price...

as advertised. The customer had additional work needed such as the removal and disposal of existing siding and had additional work requested such as decorative siding features and gutters and leaders which are not included in our ad prices. Our mission at Unified is to provide our customers with the best products and installation experience at affordable prices.  We always provide a free written estimate that breaksdown every individual price for each item. Our advertised prices are always real and a true sale price without gimmicks or catches. We believe that our customers are the most important part of our business and our goal is to ensure that each one is completely satisfied. This customer received a written estimate at the home, a follow up typed estimate by mail and multiple telephone calls from the [redacted] of our company offering to come out in person and once again go over every part of the estimate. We have not gotten back a response to our offer.Since we only gave this customer an estimate as described above in the most professional and ethical way I respectfully request that this complaint be removed from our public record as it could give others an incorrect perception of our company.Respectfully Yours[redacted]
