We received correspondence regarding an issue with an ID of ***. Mr*** states that “they say the product is only guarantee not to loose all the color jajaja, the bag does not say that”. We would like to address this issue with the first line that is clearly stated on our
packaging for this product: “NuScape Limited Warranty - This limited warranty covers material manufacturing defects in the rubber mulch (the "Product") enclosed in this package, that such Product (a) will resist decolorization due to fading over 100% of the surface for a period of twelve (12) years from the date of manufacture.” As we do stand behind our products and want our customers to be pleased with their purchases we will be refunding Mr*** the amount of $214.12, the total amount of his purchase. We would also like to respond to the claim by stating we never refused to refund the customer. When a complaint is brought to the company’s attention we ask for certain material to verify the customer’s complaint or issue with that productMr*** would not cooperate and send us the material needed to verify his issue with our product so we did not address his issues any further. It is our hope that this resolves issue *** with the Revdex.com and Mr***. With best regards-
