As of 12/08/we have reviewed the circumstances surrounding this issue in detailAs a result we have erased any pending charge to the customer in entirety, we have sent a revised statement indicating 'no charge' to the customer, we have called and left detailed messages including sincere apology to the customer, we have terminated the associate involved in the poor service
