It has been an awful experienceFlooring by design claims they have treated our hardwood floor timesWe have moved back into our house for less than a month and scratches are already forming on our floorsWe have felt pads on all our furniture, we walk barefoot on the floor, we do not slide any furniture, and we did not put any area rugs until we were cleared to do soWe spoke to the owner and he said they will do nothing about it and this is wear and tearWe are extremely disappointedWe have lived in the house for years and our hardwood floor prior to the work of flooring by design was much more durableWe had only on scratch through out the years
