There is a pattern:Feb26, 9:AM, I e-mailed my initial complaint.Feb27, 7:AM, fence-material responded; my message was sent to shipping.Feb27, 11:AM, I sent more information.Feb27, 12:PM, fence-material responded; there are some dots will not peel off.Feb27, 6:PM, I sent another picture showing one band with at least inches peeling.Feb28, 6:AM, fence-material responded; will send return label.Please note all responses were sent in less than hoursMarch 14, 4:PM, I asked when I could expect full payment and a return label.Please note weeks had passed with no return label being sent or any additional response from fence-material.March 29, 2017, I filed a complaint with Revdex.com.Please note there had been no responses from fence-material for days before I filed the complaintMarch 30, 2017, Complaint sent from Revdex.com to fence-material.March 30, 9:AM, I received an e-mail from fence-material - Order status changed to refund.March 30, 9:AM, I received an e-mail from fence-material - a full refund had been issued.March 31, 1:PM, I received an e-mail with the return label.March 31, 2:PM, I mailed the parts back to fence-material.March 31, 3:PM, I sent a copy of the package mailing with the tracking number.? In response to the customer statement of complaint we provide the
following:
IPSC ships thousands of orders nationwide and worldwide on a
regular basis very systematically and efficiently, and has thousands of
satisfied, repeat customersOver years the system of processing and
shipping orders has been fine-tuned so that all orders are meticulously
processed and shipped with accuracy and with a triple check system
In addition, all shipments are tracked with the carriers,
and, the receivers are informed of delivery process and inspection requirements
in writing so that if they’re any issues they can be quickly documented and
resolved in a timely fashion, with the carriers and supply chain partnersThe
inspection and shortage or damage reporting period is conveniently set at
days to provide ample time for the receivers to inform us of any issues to be
resolvedThis policy is also clearly published on our website, so that that all
parties have ample and fair opportunity to rectify any issues that may arise in a timely
fashion
This customer has filed a very unusual and unsubstantiated claim for small
amount of so called “missing items” after almost months after receiving the
orderHe has not provided any required documentation or verification and signed the delivery
receipt of carrier’s clean, stating merchandise received in fullThis unsubstantiated and
undocumented claim for small amount of miscellaneous items is impractical and impossible for us
to process months later
He has stated that the chain link was not cut to sizeIt is
never cut to size and is always measured fit at installation to accommodate onsite
field measurementsClear, easy to follow instructions are provided to
accomplish that very easily
Our policy also clearly states that orders are shipped based
on customer placed orders and we do not
take any responsibility for any errors or miscalculations that the buyer or their contractors make in
establishing the order items and quantities

Review: I have paid for an order of over $3700 to [redacted] on August of 2013 for a complete kit to build a 60x30' Tennis court fence. Orders included Nylong coated fences, Poles, hardwares and also an additional order of Privacy Mesh to cover the entire court dimensions. I didn't get a chance to open the boxes and start the installations until last week, when I noticed there were multiple critical items missing from the multiple shipments. I contacted the vendor and asked for the missing parts to be shipped, and their response was that it had past the 7 day inspection period and nothing will be replaced or shipped.This business is very shady and apparently deceives their customers by shorting the order and pockets the profits. I have never met or deal with such dis-honest company throughout my entire life. I hope other consumers will read this posting to STAY-AWAY from this company.Desired Settlement: I have already paid for the additional missing items on my own and am requesting a refund for the purchase, and/or send the missing components as requested. The Mesh sent were not cut to the dimensions of the court (i.e: Gate and short side of the fence), will need to spent additional cost to have it custom cut and tailored.
