To Whom it May Concern,Upon reviewing this complaint we have come to the following conclusion The customer vehicle was repossessed on 8/and did not come for her property until 9/which is over the days required to hold property via PA state law The property in the vehicle had two storage totes with items On the 30th day the process began to discard property and one of the totes was discarding and the second one was in the process when she called We informed the customer PRIOR to her arrival that we were in the process of discarding the property and that only the second tote remained She said she wanted whatever we had left and understood (at the time) the conditions as they were explained to her At no point prior to the days did this customer call or contact us requesting an extension (which we happily make arrangements for all the time) We had no contact whatsoever until after the days expired International Recovery Systems considers this matter closed

My vehicle was repossessed on around 3:AM on June 21st, The driver was kind enough to inform me what was happening and allowed me to get some of my things from the carHe also provided me the phone number to International Recovery System and stated that the lot where my car would be towed too was on *** ***My friend *** is a witness
Friday morning I called *** to pay the amount due by noonNo laterThey stated that the process could take up to an hour and gave me the phone number to *** *** ***I called *** and they explained that the process could take up to two hours and that I wasn’t allowed an address because people often get stuck at the lot due to the duration of the processShe then stated my car was in Bensalem not PhiladelphiaShe then gave me the phone number to International Recovery System(I already had that number)

My car was repossed and this company would not give me any information on where my car was located or how much it would cost once I picked it upI spoke to the rudest customer service rep I have ever came across in my life, once I paid my loan agency I waited minutes as instructed and contacted this lot she told me my release was not there and it takes hours to sent over which is a lieI then explained to her that this company is charging me for days of storage and they have not had my car for even hours yetShe said they hobby calendar days so I advised her that I had my car last night which was March until a little after am and I have proof she then stated they picked it up at 11:55pm on March and she refused to provide me with proofShe then got upset with me and stated "SHE IS NOT DEBATING WITH ME " "CAN SOMEONE GET A GUN AND PLEASE SHOOT ME IN MY HEAD" I stated to her that her comments were very unprofessional and uncalled for she then stated "I DONT CARE WHAT

MY CAR GOT REPOSSED OCT 18, UPON MY KNOWLEDGE I HAD DAYS TO GET MY BELONGINGS OUT OF THE VEHICLE ,KEEP IN MY MIND TODAY IS NOV 14, I GET TO MY CAR NONE OF STUFF WAS THERE MY CHILDS CAR SEAT WASNT THERE NOTHING WAS THERE.TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE MANAGER KEPT TRYING TO EXPLAIN AND SAY THEY UNDERSTAND I HOPE YALL ROT IN HELL GET ME MY ***

I have reviewed this complaint as requested and have noted two conclusions.  First the customer was charge appropriately per our standard procedures, as storage on units is recorded via calendar day and not time.  The vehicle arrived prior to midnight on the 27th of March and this began...

the calculation.  The customer was charged two days as directed by her lender and our standard procedures.  [redacted] should be aware of our procedures as this is now her second time being repossess by us.  With regards to the exchange between this individual and the IRS employee I have determined that this conversation escalated beginning with a hostile individual on the phone and clearly frustrated employee.  Whatever the reason for this conversation to rise to this level doesn't matter and is not how IRS conducts business.  With regards to the employee, internal discipline will be conducted to possibly include suspension and reprimand.  Also as a condition of further employment this employee will receive further customer service training to ensure behavior does not happen again.  In an effort of good faith I would be happy to return the disputed 50.00 to the customer should she provide proper mailing address or if she would like to come to our facility in person as an effort to satisfy this complaint.  She may contact us at ###-###-####
