ISS provides many different services, but one of our services that we provide is a Security Guard Training by The our registered dba: ISS Security Training. All Security Guards in the State of New York required completing these courses. Our company has the same prices for the past 15 years and all security guards are happy with our services and prices. Our company is very flexible and ready to accommodate any client. It should be noted that our prices are only posted in our main office located at [redacted]. Our company never posted any prices on our website ([redacted]) as reported to you by unknown to us individual [redacted]. The only occurrence that we can remember occurred on January **, 2016 at 11:36AM EST. The President of ISS, George K[redacted], received an email from [redacted]) regarding 8-Hour Annual Mandatory NYS Course. The President George K[redacted] spoke over the phone with [redacted] and explained to him that ISS Security Guard Course costs $75 dollars to which [redacted] stated that our website indicate a different price of $50 dollars. When the President K[redacted] asked [redacted] to provide the website, he refused and stated over the phone as well as latter by email that he will be reporting our company to Revdex.com. The President of ISS, George K[redacted], was confused of the complaint which was sent to International Security Services, Inc. by Revdex.com as no one in our company ever communicated with the complainant [redacted]. International Security Services, Inc. demands Revdex.com to conduct investigation regarding this complaint and more closely examine all parts of this complaint. Furthermore, International Security Inc. has a very good reputation on the market and we will not tolerate falls complains filed by unknown to our company individuals. If the complainant will take any further action and Revdex.com will not be able to present evidence that ISS conducted their business inappropriately, ISS will be forced to forward this complaint to our legal department.
