several different times that there was no way to produce any receipts for this itemWe were even told that it was purchased in a different country years ago therefore there was no way to prove its purchase valueWhen the customer realized that we have a certain guide line we needed to follow in order to file a claim for insurance and that we weren't just going to Fork over thousands of dollars without the proper proof they attempted to fabricate a receipt showing for a sum of thousands of dollarsNot only was this information not given in the proper format or a timely fashion the claim has now been expired seeing that it is almost months since the actual initial move

This was customized bed hence the model # and make is not availableBut I can send you the pictures before it was disassembled.

I am rejecting this response because:After complaining to Revdex.com - I finally got two phone callsThe manager offered only $as compensation and was rude to me that I was wasting his time and he even told me that complaining to Revdex.com will be of no helpIt is up to me to accept $they were offeringIt is true that I could not find the receipt as it was purchased in through a Canadian furniture house that got it assembled for me and then we got it transported Finally with great effort I could arrange to get a copy of the receipt form the furniture shop and emailed to Frazier moving company on Nov but no responseThey have been all this time saying that they could not do anything to compensate without a receipt of purchaseThe email with receipt sent on Dec 5th and multiple phone calls before and after were not responded till yesterday

I am rejecting this response because: this amount is too little towards buying a new bed I am willing to fork out $extra to buy a new bed that will cost at least $and I will like to know what is wrong with the receipt This is the receipt form the furniture company as desired by youYou have been trying to offer $from the very beginning that was not acceptable to me!

Considering the cost of replacement of the bed ( approx $4000)which is left unusable due to the damage to headboard I am willing to accept $as compensation
