At this time, I have been contacted directly by International Society of Business Leaders regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] They refunded the second portion of what they billed me ($819), but they did it rerun the first $the billed me I want a full refund as clearly what I thought I was buying was something very different than what I purchased And had I not checked my bank I would have never know that they refunded me as they sent no communication about it Please keep the complaint open until I get the rest of my refundThank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The purchase of any additional products is at the discretion of the clientThe client contacted us stating they were no longer interested in the Multimedia Press ReleaseThe product was then immediately cancelled and the charge was refundedThank you

rerun the first $1000 the billed me.  I want a full refund as clearly what I thought I was buying was something very different than what I purchased.  And had I not checked my bank I would have never know that they refunded me as they sent no communication about it.  Please keep the complaint open until I get the rest of my refund. this resolution is satisfactory.  However the way I was treated on the phone by being hung up on and called unprofessional for requesting more time to consider their organization was not addressed.
