Review: InternationalSOS suffered a data breach on October 28, 2013 where social security numbers were compromised. They provided a free year's "identity fraud monitoring" service called CSID.

Problem 1: They waited 2 months to tell their customers about the breach. I just found out via email today 10/29/2013.

Problem 2: CSID is a completely useless service. It does not monitor identity fraud...it monitors credit cards and email addresses. I get alerts from those anwyays.

Promlem 3: International SOS did not take proper precautions to encrypt this information in their databases.

Problem 4: Thus, International SOS has intentionally endangered the lives of its customers (losing a social security number can ruin someone's life) and has done absolutely nothing to remedy it. Instead, they saved money on a cheap service so that they could save themselves some of the bad PR.Desired Settlement: I want International SOS to pay for 2 years worth of the [redacted] service (an identity protection service that actually works) to properly protect my identity. Ideally, they would have to do this for all their customers.
