I have had an on going situation with this company for a couple years. We politely asked Mr. Don H[redacted] (rep) to cancel our account. The next thing we know, we are getting shipments of office supplies to our office. Our company kept receiving phone calls offering shipments of office supplies, which we would deny. Finally, after months we received a fax stating our account has been closed. Mr. H[redacted] then proceeded to call again and I specifically told him we do not need their services. He persisted with trying to offer supplies. I again politely declined and once again stated we do not need anything. Once again, today after about 6 months, Mr. Don H[redacted] called again to offer supplies and tried to "play dumb" when we told him we cancelled our account. While trying to offer unwanted services again, our rep tried to explain that we do not need any supplies, he hung up on her mid-sentence. Mr. Don H[redacted] and International Technologies are now harassing our company. When I tried to call back their number, all numbers have been disconnected.
