"Good afternoon, ***. We are processing your order but there is a delay with the 2860-20. We show that you received the free battery already. If you cannot wait any longer for the impact wrench and would like to cancel you order, we can send a return label for the battery."

When I placed my order I was never notified that it was on backorder and if you go on there web site it says the item is in stock.

I apologize for our lack of clear communication. Milwaukee confirmed with me the item is on backorder until at least Aug. 25, 2020. We have updated our web site to show the item is on backorder.

If you cannot wait any longer for the impact wrench and would like to cancel you order, we can send a return label for the free battery you received as the promotion item.

Retailer charged for online order but never shipped item.
On 7/3/2020, I ordered an item from internationaltool.com website. On 7/8/2020, my Paypal account was charged. I never received the item or any communication from the vendor. Multiple calls to the listed customer service number have gone unanswered. This vendor has violated the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Desired Outcome

I wish the $247.76 that I paid be refunded to me

Dear Mr.,
We apologize for the lack of communication you received in regard to your order. It is never our intention for customers to not receive updates about their order status. This uncertain time of Covid and quarantine has left us stretched thin while making sure our staff is healthy and safe. We are also experiencing delays down our entire supply chain, and that is why you have not received tracking information on your order.

We are cancelling your order and issuing your refund via PayPal. You should see the funds within 2-5 business days.

Placed an order with this company for a saw which was a gift. Did not receive any indication that the order was received or being processed. After several emails, received a reply with an order number, absolutely no other information. Called several times, no one ever answers the phone, you can only leave a message. Sent an email to cancel this order and followed up with another phone call the next day asking for a return call or email to acknowledge they had received the cancellation notice. (Total of three emails and three phone calls) Still have not received any contact from them. I"m not sure if this is even a legitimate business, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We show that your order was cancelled on June 15 just as you asked, and your credit card was never processed. It sounds like we failed to communicate that cancellation. Again, we apologize for your poor experience, but we are operating (though leaner and a little slower during this time) and proud to be an official distributor with top tool brands.

January 2020 I placed an order#ZISX-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX for a Makita trimmer, several phone calls later talked to *** for a refund 0 answer!
On January 2020 I placed an order for a trimmer MAK-XRU07Z 18V X2 LXT (36V) STRING TRIMMER BARE with International tool with order number ZISX-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX for the amount of $249.99 American Express transaction #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Talked to *** via phone (XXXXXXXXXX) (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX)(XXX-XXX-XXXX) asking him for explanations and a refund. They even sent me a tracking number via mail from USPS *** (label created) I'm still waiting for my refund at this date or any emails! I just want my money to be refunded!

False advertising and poor customer service and lied to.
I place a order in November shortly after black Friday online for a circular saw and paid for it on the web page in November. For a Milwaukee battery cordless circular saw. They did not accept my Box so I changed it to a physical address. In January he said my order was shipped I said ok. Jan 9 I go to pay my Bill's and no money in my account they charge my account in January for a order I place in November. I send email saying I want someone from corporate to give me a call and I need a refund they took money that was no longer there for the order I place in November when I had the money for it at the time of purchase. A lady from corporate called she said that the refund will guarantee be in there by the end of the day January 9. It is now January 13 and still no refund of $250.

Desired Outcome

On tool barn web page they list there tools and if not in stock it says not available till then a date. International tools are false advertising. I couldn't pay my Bill's on time because they negative my account $-249.00. The worse online purchase I ever had.

I placed an order on December 5, 2019 for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and have not heard anything about it. I've called numerous times with no answer and even filled out a form to be contacted. I received one response saying they ran out of materials for my order. I haven't heard anything since and no one answers the phone or the emails. This is extremely frustrating and I wish I had known before hand because I would've just gotten the gift at my local Home Depot when it was on sale there.

If you think you are going to save money with this company think again, first they charged me twice for the same order, then the circular saw I ordered never turn on out of the box, and good luck trying to talk a human being there, they put you on hold and then make you leave a message on an answer machine which they never contacted you and forget about sending them emails an absolute waist of money and time, I feel I was ripped off!

Open box more expensive than brand new tools. Home depot, .cpo outlets. and Acme tools have better price and lot promotions. I don't recommend to buy tools on international tools.

I am a missionary working at a mission hospital in Togo, Africa. I ordered a 10 pack of 10mm magnetic nut drivers - INTERNATIONAL TOOL # MIA-XXXXXXXX. They were sent to my Stateside address, and someone traveling here brought them in their luggage. Instead of a 10 pack of nut drivers, there was only one.
I have contacted them 3 times with their online form, and once with the email address - ***@internationaltool.com, but have not received any response from them.

Desired Outcome

Send the remaining items that I paid for.

I did not receive the items that I paid for, but they issued a refund, so I can purchase the items elsewhere.

I purchased a new cordless screwdriver that was on sale. I received the correct item box, but inside was a dirty, used drill. I contacted customer support, and they shipped me a replacement. I received the replacement, and it was a refurbished item that didn't even work properly. Customer Service is not available on the weekend, so I have to wait for any further resolution. I bought this item as a gift, and now I can't even give the gift on time.

20K spent on new tools. Received dirty, broken, and used tools and many tools missing
I won over 100 of International Tools auctions on eBay. All said around $20,000. All items were listed as new. 2 weeks they still didn't ship and when I asked about this they said it was because of the quantity that shipping was slow, also, because many items were missing. They auctioned many items they didn't have. I paid for the items on August 17th. I contacted them on Sept 1st and *** responded saying items were missing and sorry for the delay. They never contacted me before this. I said comparable items would do but they said no, no substitution. On Sept 9th I get 3 pallets of tools, many in ripped up open boxes, dirty tool cases, crud covered tools, and many missing. I had to open over 20 cases of item not received and item not as described cases. I got a message Sept 13th from *** saying I would get the missing tools but she never responded to my question of when and ignored all the messed up tools I got. I got a response to my email Sept 13th from *** with excuses but nothing since. I can't believe with this kind of money spent that this company is so slow with resolution and they were interested in getting more of my business prior to all these issues

Desired Outcome

I want the tools I paid for and didn't get. A replacement or compensation for the dirty used tools and cases I was sent, and compensation for cleaning what was sent, very easy
