She is sending me email to my personal email, we don't use email for work. l don't know how she had my personal email and I don't use my personal email for work, I explain the customer the copy is...

$10 because I had print a free copy at the time she file her taxes and she told she has lost her copy. and explain the customer it had to be ship by usps and it cost approximately $7 dollar to send it, customer has to come and get the copies at the store location I was going to make her favor to send the because she could come to the office but she was giving me attitude I told her I did not like expression she is welcome come to the office and her copy for a $10 fee thank you [redacted]

Review: **I am being audited for my 2012taxes,[redacted] filed for me. I have called this person/bussiness many times,have send numerous email regard advice on what went wrong with the taxes,I also have requested a copy of my 2012taxes to be forwarded to where I am located right now,given my copy is not at hand,I don't have access to my copy. After multiple calls,emails with no response,I was then promised a free copy of the itemized page, but hrs later the Agent/[redacted] told me that to mail such page (1) will cost her business and that there will be a charge of $17.00 to mail me not just thst one page but that will mail complete copied of my 2012incometax, she would only mail it after receiving check. I mailed ten dollars check and my friend who is like a sister ( for over 15 yrs) forwarded her the other ten dollars. The day the full amount ($17)was finally collected by the bussiness I called to follow up and requesting email confirmation and asking for the income tax copy to be sent ASAP as the [redacted] due date is in 4 days from today 5/*/15. [redacted] responded by saying that she will put it in mail tomorrow and that she will not confirm any of our conversations by email, she continue to say she disliked me And that she does not want me to ever contact her not her business again . Few hours later She wrote a threatening email : " I changed my mind,I won't mail your tax copy, I was gonna do you a favor but I don't like you and I amNot mailing you anything , I won't cash your check, if you want the cope come get it in person".email (Spanish):From: [redacted] portorreal :[redacted]Date: May *, 2015 at 7:17:28 PM EDTTo: Da g[redacted].comSubject: Re: Urgent request of your address, IRS 2012[redacted].Unprofessional,does not back up her words nor her own signature on the taxes she completes.Desired Settlement: Mail me my tax copies as she originally promised, it is a time sensible issue , given IRS expects answer by mail in 4 days 5/*/15. I have been trying to reach out to this business for almost a month and last minute today she declines.now that 3 wks have been wasted, In order for me to get such copy on time , she would have to mail it over night , so I can have enough time to revise forms and send it to IRS by 5/*/15.Thank you
