hello I have order a 2018 Cadillac Cts headlight assembly from this company.. they had charge me for the light and a service charge total of $776.25. I receive the headlight assembly.When I install the light the light is not in working order.. this light turn with the steering wheel. id doesn't move.. I then call the sale rep. Carlos and told him my issue. He then told me to return product for a full refund and the shipping cost back to them. I got the tracking number and check the status of return. they have receive it. I call to ask for my full refund of the product and my shipping cost. shipping was $73.65. my total refund should of been $849.90. they are refusing to give me back my total refund. they want me to pay for the shipping back and the service fee. total of $99.90.. why should I be paying for there defective product.
The headlamp was for $700.00 and the freight charge was $50.00. Our sale man Oscar put Core charge instead of freight charge. Bottom line, The customer wasn't happy, we returned $750.00 which is full refund. We can not return money we haven't received. The $26.25 is what the Credit Card merchant is charging the card holder as a fee. Signapay our merchant receives those funds. Every customer that makes a purchase with any card has to pay a 3.5% fee. I had already explained to the customer by phone, by google review as well. He left us a bad remark but its out of our hands. I'm attaching invoices for our show of proof.
I'd like to add that no Carlos Grimaldi works here.

I am rejecting this response because:
They refunded me my purchase price but what they fail to mention is that in order to ship back the defective part I paid out of pocket $73.65. I will attach a copy of the receipt for my shipping cost. I find it hard to understand how I can purchase a product from a company and they knowingly sent me a defective product and now I am out $73.65 for shipping this is their responsibility. This is not the way of doing good business.
And the person who sold me this product his name is Oscar that works with that company and he explained to me that this is a good working product. And they made no mention to me about a freight shipping they only mentioned to me that it was a core charge.
Regards
