Review: Truck was ordered from this company for purchase and a $2,000.00 initial deposit was given. No truck ever arrived and no refund has been issued. I have invoice from them, copy of check given, and bank statement proving check was cashed. They act as if the transaction never happened and have yet to refund deposit.Desired Settlement: Total refund of deposit given

Review: On February ** , 2014 international truck stop and repair performed several services on one of my semi trucks, it was stated by their management that my truck was going to require a new radiator, oil cooler, new hoses, turbo,egr valve. Just recently I had to again replace some parts in my truck and when the mechanic was disassembling the engine all the parts that were supposedly replaced were just painted to make seem they were new I had to pay 9,000 dollars to international truck stop. I think this is an injustice because the same job that was done in that shop for that price I could've rebuilt the engine at the [redacted] dealership not to mention that all the parts were my original parts they were just painted to make seem new.
