Management investigated the complaint and met with Mr*** and his wifeManagement did not find any excessive noise, and could not find a neighbor within the building to corroborate the excessive noise complaintOn April 30, Management offered Mr*** and his wife the opportunity to move to a top floor apartment or terminate their leaseMr*** and his wife did not respond to this offer
According to records secured via the Freedom of Information Act, Mr*** contacted the Lombard Police four times about excessive noiseLombard Police investigated the excessive noise complaints, and could not substantiate the complaintsMr*** also contacted the Lombard Police twice alleging that his truck was damaged by his neighbor in retaliation for his noise complaintsLombard Police investigated these allegations and could not substantiate either that his truck was damaged at the apartment complex, or that his neighbor damaged his truck

Mgt at this complex is ineffective, and we don't expect anything anymoreThey can't even address simple matters like other non-Indian residents complaining about Indian residents parking in clearly marked no parking areas
It's like the Wild Wild West over here, the Indian residents have no regard for the rules here and Mgt enables and ignores their unacceptable behaviorIt's unbelievable and disgusting
Mgt is incorrect about the investigation into the damage to my truck*** *** from the Lombard police is still investigating the matter and has not made any determination as Mgt is stating
We will do our best to maintain while we live here and when our new home is finished being built, we will leave
We just want to live here in peace and be left alone
