To whom it may concern,International Window was purchased out of Bankruptcy in June of 2011, the purchase did not include the liabilities I would be happy to have a Sales Repcome to the home and discuss how we can assist in an inexpensive solution for the Homeowner He can assess how many pieces of glass are needed to change out and refer the Homeowner to a local glass shop that could remove the failed glass and replace it I would give special pricing consideration for the glass.Unfortunately, this is legally what we are able to do I will help in any way that I possibly can
