My employee tried to be sympathetic to the button falling off but was unable to help at that late time of the dayI was out of the country but became available the day I returnedThe only person that used profanity was the customerI rarely , if ever, use profanity: at home and my personal life let alone in my place of businessAny garment is not considered to be "falling apart" if a button falls off

The customer picked up and tried on the tuxedo and everything was fineDuring the wedding reception (after wearing the tux for wedding ceremony and pictures) we received a phone call that the button fell offWe explained that we could not physically help him at that time but perhaps the caterer
could help him to attach the buttonHe became irateAfter subsequent phone calls he demanded his money back.In response to the letter sent to you: tuxedo was not "falling apart, etc" It was relatively new as far as rentals are concerned (months old)Suit was picked up and tried on by customer with no complaints prior to weddingAfter being in business for over years our policy remains the same that all customers are satisfiedIn addition, the tuxedo was returned days late and we should have but didnot charged late fees of $

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I have not been refunded for the tuxedo. The owner can have his opinion of what sympathetic is and if his employee was acting in that matter. To my standards, he wasn't sympathetic to the issue because he assured me I was getting a refund and that a safety pin might fix it. Bill told me to speak with Rocco, the owner about the money back. Bill said his word was good being that he has been in the business for 25 years. The owner did use profanity but I am looking past that part of this issue. I want to see the right thing done and if the business is as creditable as the owner claims it to be it would stick by its word.

Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:  The tuxedo did fall apart the button fell off during the ceremony. I  wasn't able to call tuxedo world during the ceremony as I was the best man and those duties called for me to be away from a phone. The second I got a chance to call which was after the ceremony, after pictures at the park, right before the reception. I got a hold of my cell and took the only down time I had during that long day to call tuxedo world. I spoke with a man named Bill who told me in wasn't that big of a deal that the button fell off and that stitching was coming out. He said that the important part of the day was over and to fix it with a safety pin. He was not professional or sympathetic to the situation because it happens all the time he said. I told him I was completely dissatisfied and his response was to call the following Monday and speak to the owner Rocko to get a complete refund for the tuxedo. When I called on That following Monday the owner was unreachable. It took four days of calling to actually speak to Rocco. When I finally did speak to him he refused my refund and used a lot of profanity before terminating the call. I, then contacted Revdex.com and filed a complaint. I reached back out to the owner and informed him that Revdex.com was involved and if we could come up with a solution for the matter. He went on to say " the day Revdex.com owns [redacted] business I'll [redacted] answer to them. " I haven't contacted them since. In regards to the late charges when I first spoke with Bill he told me to speak with the owner prior to bringing back the tuxedo. It took four days just to contact him. I left multiple messages with multiple employees. In response to the owner of the business about the tuxedo being fairly new which may or may not be true the fact of matter is the tuxedo did fall apart. So, maybe the previous gentleman who rented that tuxedo didn't take care of it and tuxedo world should have knew that prior to renting it to the best man.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
