Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]For the record, I take issue with what company representative wrote as "special" and "unusual" requests Their own representative said that "paid for" live event registrations can be deferred and not refunded I asked for a deferral before the event in but despite several weeks past one month NEVER GOT A RESPONSE Their own representative said that they gave me the option to get a comp upgrade to PLF 2016, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN I scoured my email and NEVER RECEIVED THIS WHICH THEY CLAIMED TO GIVE I asked them to give this to me if they had really given it to me STILL NO RESPONSE BONUSES as part of an AFFILIATE OFFER are a huge part of the reason for the purchase PROMISED Bonuses are VALUE that the purchaser (in this case, me) EXPECTS in exchange for their purchase The Bonus of the Achievement Accelerator Offer was a MASTERMIND that could only be availed of if a persone FLEW TO DURANGO, COLORADO for a day No recordings or live streams were offered in other words THERE IS NO WAY TO ACCESS this if the purchaser is in some way debilitated or not able I asked for some kind of ALTERNATIVE value and BETTY, their representative declined She said it was a "bonus" therefore they don't need to provide an alternative product because what I paid for was the main product IF that were the case, then what was the point of my buying it through JEFF [redacted] ? Large product launches always have multiple affiliate offers and the ones with the BEST BONUSES WIN Now if you can't really DELIVER EQUITABLY on an offer, then it stands to reason to offer something else as an alternative Its amazing that their customer service claim that they have gone beyond and done assiduous customer service for me when in this instance there was a total lack of understanding of the customer perspective, or even of the nature of an AFFILIATE SALE I might be the only person asking for an alternative value for this product but it does not make my request INVALID My request was ABSOLUTELY and YET totally and completely ignored by their customer service They may have given me a full refund of all their services but they still HAVE NOT given the equivalent value of this bonus.I wonder if anyone in their position, if they had to deal with Stage cancer and not be able to consume a product/service because of dire medical reasons, would not undertake similar requests from high value purchases for which they sacrificed to pay in full Isn't it their job as customer service to at THE VERY LEAST respond to the request in reference to what they stated as they are able to offer to ALL customers (please see above) As far as all the bonuses that was given, those were the bonuses that was PART OF THE PACKAGE I purchased and bonuses that everyone else in my position received.The very specific matter I put on this Revdex.com complaint is well within the boundaries of what ought to be provided as part of any service concern's customer service I take issue with their claims and language THEY FAILED THEIR CHARTER AS CUSTOMER SERVICE.I accept the money and the parting of the ways but there is no possibility that I will accept their claims of good delivery of service I am not talking about the years of my buying and trying to use their products There was help yes and for those times I thank the particular representatives who assisted me I am talking about this particular case for which I complained There was one other major issue I had in the past that their customer service failed to resolve that was finally resolved only because I took the effort to talk to Jeff [redacted] directly As an avid consumer of internet marketing and business building products and services as well as a marketing professional myself, I believe I have strong basis for what I have written.Thank you

We have met all obligations and fulfilled all orders and bonus offers
to this customer even going so far as fulfilling her numerous requests for
Special Customer Courtesies in an attempt to accommodate customer needs
As you can see from the multiple emails we have had with this
customer, we are extremely conscientious about customer service and
satisfaction so we are very disappointed to find that this complaint has
happened.Since we are unable to continue to meet customer’s unusual
expectations of special treatment and arrangements, it has been decided that we
will refund customer for all purchases made with our company despite her having
access to our courses for nearly yearsWe appreciate the customer giving it
a try but it has clearly become a bad fit and so have decided to part ways with

Dear Revdex.com of New Mexico,I attach the following documents: PLF Live Order Confirmation with Date 2/27/ Product Launch Formula Support Claiming to have sent a benefit I NEVER RECEIVED Email proving that Garrrett of PLF support said that purchased tickets are not refundable
but DEFERABLE Full page of Order Confirmation that includes amount paid for ticket order: $ Proof that I emailed my request to defer ticket BEFORE event Automated Message from PLF Support saying that they READ and ANSWER every email sent to them but the claim in this email was not made good on I was TOTALLY IGNORED and I suspect it was because they did not want to hear my complaint I find it very strange that they feel this is ethical given that I have already paid for my tickets.I also want to mention that with ITEM #2, Betty of PLF support asks me to tell them what I want in LIEU of the BONUS promised by JEff *** upon my purchase of the Brendon *** Achievement Accelerator course last November (which is a course that is supposed to be running for an entire year until December this year) The bonus is supposed to be a mastermind session with JEff But this bonus turns out can ONLY be enjoyed if a person can fly out and travel to Durango and spend the time and money to go on that trip A BONUS is a PROMISED VALUE and ought to be ACCESSIBLE to all purchasers This was not the case with this mastermind Betty of PLF Support was also hardpressed to offer anything of equivalent value She told me to tell them what I think is an appropriate exchange I DID and then they GAVE ME THE SILENT TREATMENT This is unethical They led me on and did not fulfill what they said what they would do.I feel that what happened is a series of failures by the Customer Service Department of Internet Alchemy in particular for the PLF line of products led by BETTY I think Betty in particular write in a tone and approach that is arrogant, condescending but actually lacking in creativity and real empathy for the user She has claimed to have provided items that I never received and she leads a team that does not follow through on STATED and PUBLISHED customer service claims for standards of service.I hope this matter can be resolved soonestLet me know if you have any other further questions.Many thanks,*** ***
