Dec 7, 2017ID ***Company Statement of the Problem:As stated on the receipt dated 8/15/*** *** gave a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for a vehicle she was intending to purchaseA week later she brought her husband to the dealership and he drove the vehicle with her, he liked the vehicle but said it was not what he was looking for to do his *** business, however when she first came and drove the vehicle she was looking for a vehicle for herself with a 3rd row because she stated she has alot of childrenThe vehicle was upheld from other interested parties for days before changing her mindIt was not only spoken orally to her that it was a NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit but also written on her receipt, signed by her.*** *** returned to my business on December 1, after two and half months demanding her money back, threatening and pushing me to the point where I had to call Cleveland Police a report was made Incident *** she was asked to leave my business.We take pride in our Business we have built since and our customers are #we stated it was a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit held the vehicle for her, and she purchased another vehicle else where and now wants her deposit back.
